Homage to the body of Avalokiteśvara. Just hearing the name, suffering ceases. Remembrance and devotion bring happiness. Thus it is said. For all with four arms and above, the first action is to join the palms at the heart. Showing a white color with a blue hue, it is the purest of all body colors. Pure and vast, known to all. Even through meditation and remembrance in the mind, one purifies the obscurations of the five heinous crimes. By connecting with it, oneself and others cherish the mandala like a house as one. Many thoughts appear, but if they turn out well, it is the only one. Thus it is said. Orgyen Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) said: Practicing great compassion, all Sugatas will be accomplished. Thus it is said. In the Kadampa Glebam, during the teachings on the four deities, praise to Avalokiteśvara: Peaceful compassion, incomparable, the assembly of compassion, immeasurable, the essence of Avalokiteśvara. Thus it is said. The palace of all victorious ones and their sons is also that itself. In one pore, the Buddha's pure lands increase immeasurably. Thus it is said. In the Padma Gyalpo Tantra, the Bhagavan said: Meditating on the mandala of the bodies of all Buddhas of the three times as one, the gathering of all Buddhas is the body of the protector Avalokiteśvara. Just by remembering, all the thoughts of samsara will cease. All the essence of nirvana will be perfectly accomplished. Thus it is said. In the Holy Dharma White Lotus Sutra: Pure Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, remember without doubt, remember. At the time of death and when tormented by afflictions, he will become a protector, refuge, and helper. Thus it is said. There is no other mantra with benefits like the six-syllable mantra. In the Padma Gyalpo Tantra, the Bhagavan said: The essence of all Buddhas of the three times is gathered in this, strive without doubt. Like a jewel in the ocean. Gods, nagas, yakshas, and, Gandharvas, fire gods, Yama, and, Brahma, Indra, vase-holders, and, All external and internal harms, Are pacified by reciting the king of mantras. Qualities beyond counting, Can be counted only by the noble ones. Thus it was said. In the Sutra of the Hundred and Eight Names of Avalokiteśvara, the Bhagavan said: Any son or daughter of good family who, remembering the noble Avalokiteśvara, recites "Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum)," will not be born in the lower realms, nor will they go to Avici hell.
