接着，它们也互相残杀。天空中也有秃鹫、老鹰、鹫、鹞、麻雀、乌鸦、鸽子、秃鼻乌鸦、鹡鸰等等，充满了天空。它们也互相残杀吞食。仅仅一只蚊子也充满了天空和大地。一切都互相活生生地吞食着，发出悲鸣和难听的声音。天空、空间、大地一切都在摇晃震动。观想它是极其众多且广阔的。在它们之中，在一座高耸的岩山顶上，观想自己独自一人，无依无靠地获得了人身，在那里存在着。然后，自己几乎要坠落下去。自己心中想：唉呀！地狱、饿鬼、畜生这样众多的地方中，自己独自一人获得人身，这次是唯一的好运气，或者是由善的力量所致吧。获得了难以获得的，现在却又要毫无意义地空手而归，要到像玛吉（藏文：མ་ཀི།，指母亲子宫）那样巨大的痛苦之中去，这真是可怜啊！现在虽然获得了这样难以获得的，却没有长久存在的机会，又要迅速地堕入玛吉之中了。现在有什么方法可以不堕入玛吉呢？在哪里有啊？唉呀！可怜啊！唉呀！太可怕了！这样想着，口中念诵着这样的悲伤之语。跟着念诵：唉呀！我真是害怕啊！恶趣众生非常多啊！获得人身非常稀少啊！堕入玛吉非常迅速啊！难以获得却容易失去啊！对此该如何才能解脱呢？如果有什么方法，就去修持吧！这样发出悲鸣哀叹的时候，在自己上方的天空中，自己的根本上师与莲花生大师无二无别，以施予救护的手印而来，观想他对我说这样的话：唉玛！获得暇满人身是如此的难得，仅仅是这一次啊！这次获得也不是永恒的啊！很快就要堕入恶趣之处了！这次如果不能成就大事，以后获得人身就极其困难了！是难还是不难，看看众生的数量吧！依靠这人身，成佛吧！听到这样说的话语，我心中想：唉玛！在这样众多的众生之中，我独自一

Then, they also kill each other. In the sky, there are also vultures, eagles, hawks, sparrowhawks, sparrows, crows, pigeons, crows, wagtails, etc., filling the sky. They also kill and eat each other. Even a single mosquito fills the sky and the earth. Everything is eating each other alive, making mournful and unpleasant sounds. The sky, space, and earth are all shaking and vibrating. Meditate that it is extremely numerous and vast. Among them, on top of a towering rocky mountain, meditate that you are alone, without any support, having obtained a human body, and existing there. Then, you are about to fall down. You think in your heart: Alas! Among so many places like hell, hungry ghosts, and animals, I alone have obtained a human body. This time is the only good luck, or it must be due to the power of virtue. Having obtained what is difficult to obtain, now I have to return empty-handed without any meaning, and go to such a great suffering like Maggi (Tibetan: མ་ཀི།, refers to the mother's womb), which is really pitiful! Now, although I have obtained such a difficult thing to obtain, there is no chance to exist for a long time, and I will quickly fall into Maggi again. Now, what method can prevent me from falling into Maggi? Where is it? Alas! Pity! Alas! It's so terrible! Thinking like this, I recite such words of sorrow in my mouth. Follow and recite: Alas! I am so scared! There are so many beings in the evil realms! It is so rare to obtain a human body! It is so fast to fall into Maggi! It is difficult to obtain but easy to lose! How can I be liberated from this? If there is any method, then practice it! When I was wailing and lamenting like this, in the sky above me, my root guru, inseparable from Guru Rinpoche, came with the gesture of giving refuge, and meditate that he said these words to me: Ema! It is so difficult to obtain leisure and endowment, only this time! This attainment is not permanent either! Soon you will fall into the place of evil destinies! If you do not accomplish great things this time, it will be extremely difficult to obtain a human body in the future! Is it difficult or not, look at the number of sentient beings! Rely on this human body and attain Buddhahood! Hearing these words, I thought in my heart: Ema! Among so many sentient beings like this, I alone

既然获得了如此难得的人身，这次我也要从轮回的痛苦中解脱出来。我要救度所有一切的众生，一个也不留下。现在不能再放逸了，要迅速安置于佛的果位。刚一生起这样的心，上师的心间射出一道光芒的精华进入我的体内，我立刻就到达了极乐世界。又从我的心间发出无量的光芒，心想把所有这些众生，一个也不留下地引导到极乐世界，并对一切众生强烈地修持慈悲心。《广大母经》中说：朋友们，转生为人非常稀有，暇满难得，从轮回中解脱出来更是难得。既然如此，就不要浪费暇满人身。一旦失去闲暇，就无法挽回了。思念着这些话的意义，为了获取精华，必须修持殊胜的佛法。而且无论何时想起，都要发誓并那样去修持。还有，对普通人讲说他们也不会明白，不能把握禅修的目标的人也很多。因此，对于那些可以亲眼看到的人身难得，暇满难得的这些现象，你们看看吧。六道众生中，畜生道就是其中之一。据说畜生有十八俱胝不同的种类。其中昆虫就是一种。一个地方有多少人？想想有多少昆虫吧。看看一个村庄，一个家庭里有多少人？有多少昆虫？虱子、跳蚤、臭虫、蚊子，甚至蚂蚁等等，他们投生为人的次数可能比我们还多，只是因为没有修行佛法，所以才变成这样，看到了吗？《大鼓经》中说：一个大蚁穴里有三百万只蚂蚁，中等的有三十万只，最小的也有三千只。即使在一个大部落的统治下，获得人身的人数也不一定有三百万。想想看，获得人身是不是很难，看看就清楚了。这些也不是道听途说和恶意的揣测，而是释迦牟尼佛和莲花生大师共同说的，是难还是不难呢？

Having obtained this rare human body, this time I will liberate myself from the suffering of samsara. I will liberate all sentient beings without exception. Now there is no time for negligence. I will quickly establish them in the state of Buddhahood. As soon as I generated this thought, a single essence of light from the heart of the Lama pierced me. Instantly, I arrived in the pure land of Sukhavati. Again, countless rays of light emanated from my heart. Thinking of guiding all those sentient beings, without exception, to the state of Sukhavati, I intensely cultivated compassion for all sentient beings. From the Extensive Mother Sutra: Friends, it is very rare to be born as a human, rare to have leisure and endowments, and rare to be liberated from samsara. Since this is so, do not waste your leisure. Once you lose leisure, it becomes impossible to recover. Thinking about the meaning of these words, in order to obtain the essence, one must practice the supreme Dharma. Moreover, whenever you remember, you must take a vow and practice in that way. Also, if you explain it to ordinary people, they will not understand. There are also many who cannot grasp the object of meditation. Therefore, look at these phenomena where it is possible to directly see how difficult it is to obtain a human body with leisure and endowments. Among the six realms of beings, the animal realm is one of them. It is said that there are eighteen kotis of different kinds of animals. Among them, insects are one kind. How many people are there in one area? Think about how many insects there are. Look at how many people there are in one village, one family? How many insects are there? Lice, fleas, bedbugs, mosquitoes, even ants and so on, they may have been born as humans more times than us, but because they have not practiced the Dharma, they have become like this, do you see? In the Sutra of the Great Drum, it says: A large anthill has three million ants, a medium one has three hundred thousand, and the smallest one has three thousand. Even under the rule of a large tribe, the number of people who have obtained a human body may not be three million. Think about it, is it difficult to obtain a human body, look and it will be clear. These are not hearsay or malicious speculation, but both Shakyamuni Buddha and Padmasambhava said it, is it difficult or not difficult?
