The three realms, without exception, body, speech, and mind, the three bodies, samsara and nirvana, guests of compassion, the substance filled with three thousand nectars, the torma is dedicated as the five desires. The outer container is the torma plate of the world, the inner essence is the torma filling sentient beings, please partake without birth and death. In the torma plate of the kapala, the torma is filled with flesh, blood, essence, and heart. Accept the offering without attachment, and accomplish the two benefits spontaneously. With this ground of Samantabhadra's offering clouds and uncontaminated fulfillment, fulfill the heart commitment of the accomplished Chod lineage, fulfill the heart commitment of the yidam heroes and heroines, fulfill the heart commitment of the Chod oath-bound protectors, fulfill the heart commitment of all the gods and demons of existence. Thus, by the blessings of fulfilling the heart commitment, grant inexhaustible enjoyment like a river's flow. Please accomplish the activity of subduing enemies and obstacles. By the truth of the Dharma protectors, may all enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be drawn into this torma linga! JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ! HŪṂ! Māgzhig Krodha（藏文，梵文天城体，krodha，krodha，wrathful） Black Mother is, together with the retinue of flesh-eating Ḍākinīs, and also the ocean of oath-bound Dharma protectors of the Chö lineage, come here and partake of this adorned torma. Before Māgzhig Labdrön, remember your vows and promises, protect the teachings of Chö, and be a companion to me, the Chö practitioner. Liberate the enemies and obstacles that weigh on my mind, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. ŚYO! The twelve steadfast mothers who protect the realm of Tibet, descend here from the expanse of the sky, and partake of the nectar-like cleansing water of the sacred substances. As vowed before Labdrön, accomplish the task of bringing happiness to the land of Tibet. Thus, towards the object of focus or outside, place the torma on a plate and press it down with a vajra cross. PHAṬ! May all harm-doers and oath-breakers be drawn under the burning Mount Meru of the torma plate! PHAṬ! On the spokes of the four-directional wheel, as the four classes of Ḍākinīs dance, the hero dances, khrig-se khrig! The heroine dances, khyug-se khyug! As the yogi dances, chop off the heads of the enemy oath-breakers, chem-se chem! The heads of the three poisons, nem-se nem! The heads of the five poisons, da-rol chig! OṂ LAṂ ĀLAṂ HŪṂ LAṂ TSA BHA YA NAN. Then, purify and nourish the guests' feelings of resentment: Visualize yourself as the Great Compassionate One, white in color, with the syllable Hrīḥ（藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，hrīḥ，seed syllable of shame） on a moon disc at your heart, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. Nectar descends from your body, and the guests drink it. All cruelty is pacified, and they turn into compassionate gazes. All together recite the six-syllable mantra. Recite the six-syllable mantra as much as possible. PHAṬ! By offering this feast of body offering, may the debts, loans, and blood feuds of all sentient beings, including myself, be purified. May all beings attain Buddhahood! PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! Namo! All phenomena arise from causes, the Tathāgata has spoken of those causes, and the cessation of those causes, the Great Śramaṇa has said thus. Do no evil, practice all virtue, subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddhas. The path of accumulation and the path of preparation, the path of seeing and the path of meditation.
