སྙིང་རྗེའི་མགྲོན་། རྣམས་ལ། །བདག་ལུས་ཟག་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཚོགས་མཆོད་འབུལ། །རྩ་གསུམ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་གྱུར་ཅིག །བགེགས་རིགས་ལན་ཆགས་ཤ་འཁོན་བྱང་གྱུར་ནས། །གནོད་སེམས་ཀུན་ཞི་ཕན་སེམས་ལྡན་གྱུར་ཅིག །རིགས་དྲུག་ཀུན་ཚིམ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག ། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་དཀར་འགྱེད་དང་དམར་འགྱེད་ཕུང་པོ་ཤ་ཁྱེར་ཁྲག་ཁྱེར་ལ་ཐོག་མར་ཟིལ་གནོན་དབང་སྡུད་ནི། ཕཊ། རང་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་ཁྲོས་མ་ནག་མོར་གསལ། །ཐུགས་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་སྣང་སྲིད་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཀུན། །སྐད་ཅིག་དབང་སྡུད་རང་མདུན་ཁྲོམ་ལྟར་འཚོགས། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་གྱུར། །ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། རྐང་དུང་དྲག་འབུད་ལན་གསུམ་བྱ། ཀྱེ་མ། འདུས་ཤིག་འདུས་ཤིག་ཤ་ཟ་འདུས། །དབུགས་ལེན་ཐམས་ཅད་འདིར་འདུས་ཤིག །བཤའ་བཤུས་རོ་ཡི་རྩ་འདིར་འདུས། །ཤ་བགོས་རོགས་ལ་སླེབ་པར་གྱིས། །འདྲེ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་བདག་གི་ཕ་མ་ཡིན། །བུ་ཡི་ཤ་ཁྲག་རོལ་དུ་ཤོག །ཁྱེད་རྣམས་དྲིན་ཆེན་ཕ་མ་ཡིན། །ད་རེས་བཟང་ལེན་ལེན་དུ་ཤོག །སྔོན་ཆད་ལུས་འདི་ གཅེས་པར་བཟུང་། །རྒྱུ་དེས་ད་རུང་འཁོར་བར་འཁྱམས། །ད་ནི་མི་ཆགས་སྟོན་མོ་འགྱེད། །མགྲོན་རིགས་སྲིད་རྩེ་མན་ཆད་ནས། །ན་རཀ་དམྱལ་བ་ཡན་ཆད་ཀྱི། །གནས་པའི་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མ་སྲིན། །ཕོ་བདུད་ལས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་འགོང་འདུས། །མོ་བདུད་ལས་ཀྱི་འདྲེ་མོ་འདུས། །ཕོ་བདུད་རྒྱལ་འགོང་སྲོག་བདག་འདུས། །མོ་བདུད་འདྲེ་མོ་བསེན་མོ་འདུས། །སྲིད་པ་ཡི་ནི་འདྲེ་དགུ་འདུས། །གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་གི་གདོན་བཅུ་འདུས། །གཙོ་བོ་གདོན་ཆེན་བཅོ་ལྔ་འདུས། །བགེགས་རིགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་འདུས། །བྱིས་པའི་གདོན་ཆེན་བཅོ་ལྔ་འདུས། །གློ་བུར་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་གཅིག་འདུས། །ཡེ་འདྲོགས་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་འདུས། །འདིར་ཤོག་འདིར་འདུས་ཤ་ཁྲག་རོལ། །སྤྱི་བོ་ཚངས་བུག་མན་ཆད་ནས། །རྐང་མཐིལ་སེན་མོ་ཡན་ཆད་ཀྱི། །ལུས་འདི་ཕྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཁོ་བོས་ཆགས་ཞེན་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །ཤ་ཟོ་ཁྲག་འཐུང་རུས་པ་མུར། །། མགོ་བོ་ཡན་ལག་དོན་སྙིང་ཁྱེར། །ཐམས་ཅད་བག་ཕོབ་ཚིམ་པར་རོལ། །ཞི་བར་གྱིས་ཤིག་བརླག་པར་གྱིས། །ཕུང་བར་གྱིས་ཤིག་རྩ་བ་ཆོད། །ཐུལ་ཅིག་ཆོམས་ཤིག་མཱ་ར་ ཡ། །ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་བློ་སྦྱོང་མཚོན་ཆའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའོ། །དེ་ནས་གཅོད་ཡུལ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ནི། ན་མོ་གུ་རུ། གནས་འོག་མིན་ཆོས་། དབྱིངས་ཕོ་བྲང་ནས། །ཡུམ་ཆེན་ཤེར་ཕྱིན་བ

Compassionate guests. To all. I offer this assembly feast of uncontaminated nectar. May the vows of the Three Roots and Dharma Protectors be fulfilled. May the karmic debts and blood feuds of the obstructing forces be purified. May all harmful intentions be pacified, and may the mind be filled with benevolence. May all six realms be satisfied and suffering be pacified. May all beings attain the state of Buddhahood. Phat! Phat! Phat! Thus, for the white and red offerings, the heap of flesh and blood, first subdue and control: Phat! Instantly visualize yourself as the black Wrathful Mother. From your heart, rays of light emanate, instantly subduing all the gods and demons of existence, gathering them like a marketplace before you. May all be completely subdued. Phat! Phat! Phat! Blow the thigh-bone trumpet three times forcefully. Alas! Gather, gather, meat-eaters gather! All breath-takers, gather here! The essence of dissected corpses, gather here! Divide the flesh and send it to your companions. Ghosts, you are my parents. Come and feast on my son's flesh and blood! You are kind and generous parents. Now come and take the good offerings! Previously, this body was cherished. Because of that, I still wander in samsara. Now, without attachment, I offer this feast. From the highest realm down, all kinds of guests, down to the hells of Naraka. Gods and asuras who dwell there. Male demons, kings of karma, and gongs gather. Female demons, demons of karma, gather. Male demons, kings and gongs, lords of life, gather. Female demons, demonesses, and senmos gather. The nine demons of existence gather. The ten demons of the monastery gather. The fifteen chief great demons gather. Eighty thousand kinds of obstructing forces gather. The fifteen chief child demons gather. Ninety-one sudden demons gather. Three hundred and sixty primordial demons gather. Come here, gather here, feast on flesh and blood! From the crown aperture down to the toenails. For this body, inside and out, I have no attachment. Eat flesh, drink blood, gnaw bones. Take the head, limbs, and vital organs. Fill yourselves completely, enjoy yourselves fully. Pacify, destroy. Demolish, cut off the root. Subdue, cut down, Mara.
