Visualize everything being reduced to dust, leaving no trace. 7. Again, visualize yourself as the supreme Jetsunma, with a red-colored body emitting lightning like hailstones of iron. Summon all the lightning lords, including yourself, and crush them together. Visualize your own body, along with the place where you are, being reduced to dust and disappearing. These are different visualizations for dispelling lightning strikes. Whichever visualization you do, see that the deity or demon has actually appeared. Just as if using tongs to pre-scorch, use your own wisdom to strike your own body with lightning, causing it to disappear, so that the deity or demon will be afraid and unable to do anything. 7. Again, separate the physical body and consciousness, and mix the space and consciousness, visualizing all the dangerous places as an ocean of flesh and blood, with waves raging violently. Summon all the harmful lightning lords, including yourself, and strongly absorb them into it. Visualize them sinking into the flesh and blood, unable to escape, which is the method of subduing evil spirits. 7. Again, visualize on your crown a golden wheel with a thousand spokes, and on each spoke a thousand Buddhas. All of them blow the flute made of human leg bone with their left hands, making the sound "tsag tir tir," and strike the red human skin drum with their right hands. Visualize that all the harmful lightning lords cannot approach even a fathom's distance, and are driven to the other side of the outer iron fence. This is the visualization of expelling, scattering, and destroying by transforming with hand gestures. 7. If a patient or someone to be protected is struck by lightning without arrogance or a sign of lightning, burn your own hair and nails and use the smoke to subdue the evil spirits. Visualize yourself as the black Jetsunma, wearing the eight charnel ground garments, holding a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood, appearing large and terrifying, not touching the body, but jumping up and down above it, making the sound "Phaṭ" and loud musical sounds. Summon and absorb Rahula and all the lightning lords. Then, perform a tsokhor (gathering) for the patient's body, offering upwards and giving downwards. If the patient has wounds, apply urine and visualize the wounds disappearing. Or, if the patient or someone to be protected faints and loses breath but the warmth has not yet disappeared due to lightning strikes on the left and right sides, visualize yourself as Machig Labdrön or Jetsunma, from whom emanate immeasurable rays of light like iron hooks, summoning the patient's consciousness and repeatedly absorbing it. The detailed visualization for hail protection: First, generate the thought that, for the benefit of all sentient beings, without attachment to the body, generously give away the body. Then, the place where you are is a golden ground, free from arising and ceasing, the nature of the Dharmakaya. In its center, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of yourself and all those to be protected dissolve into light, transforming into a golden five-pronged vajra, with its upper central horn piercing the peak of existence. Within the five horns, visualize the Great Mother, the Five Conqueror Families, surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
