Conflicts arise from food. Hatred and desire are greater than before. Stinginess and jealousy accumulate possessions. People also say that practice has become lax. One does not even trust oneself. The mind is complicated and speech is harsh. Anger and rudeness are worse than others. One does not want to practice, only wants to change. At that time, an unfamiliar person arises with pride and arrogance. Looking at the essence, it is emptiness. Meditation may delay the true path. Like the foreshadowing of a great fire, great smoke will arise. Like the foreshadowing of good meditation arising, pray to the Lama Master. Prostrations and circumambulations generate devotion. Relax the body and mind and look at the essence. Also meditate on death and impermanence. Repeatedly contemplate the suffering of the lower realms. Generate diligence and look at the essence. Great power will arise from that. Whatever disturbing thoughts arise,

Realize the absence of inner and outer divisions, understanding selflessness is just a partial grasp. All external earth, stones, mountains, and rocks, their essence is emptiness, their nature is clarity. Seen like the moon in water, sometimes one falls into ordinary delusion. Sometimes it's rough and stiff as before, sometimes the experience of bliss and clarity is good. Sometimes one seizes the clear light in dreams, sometimes pure visions arise in dreams, sometimes dreams resemble clairvoyance. Sometimes fearful illusions increase, attachment to food and wealth is small. Holding onto a solitary retreat, one becomes drowsy, great pride arises from thinking, "I am meditating." Certainty arises in one's own mind, even if others say it's not right, one's mind won't change, and one feels ashamed of those who say it's not right. These are the differences in experience, thoughts need to arise continuously. If practice goes astray from the path, all the good experiences and certainties of the past will be shed like a snake's skin. The object of observation and the observer merge into one, there is no distinction between this meditation and that meditation. With nothing to observe, one remains naturally, completely different from previous meditation. Now one thinks that meditation has been abandoned, certainty arises from the depths of one's heart. There is nothing that is right or wrong, all the good experiences and realizations of the past, now are not present, what is this? Or perhaps the previous one is that, while this present one seems not to be. A wrong path, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om) is U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal Chinese Meaning: U) ah! Meditation-less Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om) is U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal Chinese Meaning: U) ah! Empty gazing in bewilderment is also U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal Chinese Meaning: U) ah! Of the four formless realms, the nothingness of Am (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Am) is also U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal Chinese Meaning: U) ah! If there is a place to inquire, to others, even if one asks who it is, they won't believe. If there is an accomplished one to ask, they won't believe, many doubts will arise. Emaho! At that time, a profound introduction is needed.
