Grant your blessings! When the master's mind travels to the center, May the spontaneously accomplished Lotus Skull Garland Power of Central Tibet, I beseech you, hold me with your compassion. Avert the decline of beings, the illusory display of the Buddha of Central Tibet, Pacify untimely death and obstacles, Grant the supreme and common attainments of life. When the master's mind travels to all directions, Guru with the eight supreme names who tames beings in various forms, I beseech you, hold me with your compassion. Avert the decline of the charnel ground dakinis, Pacify untimely death and obstacles, Grant the supreme and common attainments of life. When the master's mind travels to the land of Tibet, Glorious Vajrakila, peaceful and wrathful, I beseech you, hold me with your compassion. Avert the decline of the twelve Tenma goddesses, Pacify untimely death and obstacles, Grant the supreme and common attainments of life. When the master's mind becomes intensely wrathful, Glorious Guru, the powerful king of wrathful deities, I beseech you, hold me with your compassion. Avert the decline of the gods and demons who command existence and phenomena, Pacify untimely death and obstacles, Grant the supreme and common attainments of life. Pacify untimely death and obstacles, Grant the supreme and common attainments of life. May my body and possessions, Transform into a cloud of Samantabhadra's offerings, Offer them to the assembly of Guru Padmasambhava and dakinis. By offering and praying in this way, May nectar descend from the longevity vase in your hand, May obstacles, sickness, evil spirits, hindrances, and obscurations be purified, May my body become like a flawless crystal sphere. May Guru Padmasambhava dissolve into light and merge into me, May I and the master become inseparable and one. Do not recite too much. This is because I, A-ra-ga, suddenly contracted a serious illness, and when many signs of death were present, I prayed in this way with my mind. Later, when I was freed from the illness, I thought it might be helpful to others as well, so I wrote it down.

顶礼。 无量光佛上师瑜伽，噶玛才旦之教言。 那摩 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：नमः गुरु देव डाकिनी हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ，汉语字面意思：顶礼 上师 本尊 空行 母 吽)。 不变我之头顶中央处， 莲花日月重叠之座上， 皈依总集佛陀无量光， 身红光明法衣三披着。 手结等持甘露之钵持， 身具妙相庄严跏趺坐， 十方刹土诸佛连同子， 如似雪花暴风骤降临， 彼等一切融入无量光身。 至尊 昆秋 衮度 证圆满佛， 我祈请您以慈悲摄受我。 如似屠夫砍羊头一般， 今何时死不定啊呀呀！ 如似西山顶上之太阳， 彼消逝无法挽回啊呀呀！ 亲友眷属财物留于后， 独自一人离去时啊呀呀！ 无处之地陌生处漂泊， 地往何处去不定啊呀呀！ 身四大之苦痛剧烈说， 心迷惑显现恐惧啊呀呀！ 业善与恶如影随形伴， 阎罗法王审判处啊呀呀！ 时彼之时我无其他怙， 父亲慈悲摄受我无量光！ 时当今之五浊障碍多， 祈请加持寿命得究竟。 本初以来自心即法身， 祈请加持证悟其自性。 时任何时从此逝世时， 祈愿往生西方极乐刹。 至尊无量光佛融入光， 与我不二合一而交融。 今向内看视自心而观， 彼观视不见于无住留， 心无造作任运而安住。 于虚空之广阔中向上观， 义五智慧之五种光芒， 虹光点滴微点如链珠， 圣众本尊百部亲得见， 彼观视自心无别而融合。 观空明显无别甚稀奇， 彼若串习中阴得现证， 此法九乘之顶峰精华， 此法之上无有更深法， 道彼之上未曾说更快， 您噶玛才旦修持此法。 此语乃惹嘎阿夏所说。 于萨迦上部曲钦虚托处说。

Homage. The Guru Yoga of Amitabha, Instructions to Karma Tseten. Namo Guru Deva Dakini Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः गुरु देव डाकिनी हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Homage Guru Deity Dakini Hum). In the center of the crown of my unchanging self, On a seat of stacked lotus, sun, and moon, Embodiment of all refuges, Buddha Amitabha, Whose red form is radiant, wearing the three Dharma robes. Hands in meditative equipoise, holding a nectar-filled begging bowl, Whose form is adorned with marks and signs, seated in vajra posture, Victorious ones of the ten directions, together with their sons, Come like a blizzard of snowflakes. All of them dissolve into the form of Amitabha. O Lord, embodiment of all, perfect Buddha, I pray to you, hold me with your compassion. Like a butcher chopping off a sheep's head, It is uncertain when I will die, alas! Like the sun on the peak of the western mountain, There is no way to stop it, alas! Relatives, friends, food, and wealth are left behind, When I go alone, alas! Wandering in an unknown land without a place, It is uncertain where I will go, alas! The suffering of the four elements of the body is intense, The mind is deluded, fearful, and terrified, alas! Good and bad deeds accompany me like body and shadow, In the court of Yama, the Lord of Death, alas! At that time, I have no other refuge, Father Amitabha, hold me with your compassion! Now is the degenerate age with many obstacles, Bless me to reach the end of my life. From the very beginning, my own mind is the Dharmakaya, Bless me to recognize its own nature. Whenever I pass away from here, May I be born in the western Sukhavati. May the Lord Amitabha dissolve into light, And merge indivisibly with me as one. Now look inward, look at your own mind, Rest in the state where it is not seen by looking. Rest the mind freely without fabrication. Look up into the expanse of the sky, The five rays of light of the five wisdoms, Rainbows, spheres, tiny spheres, strings of pearls, Meet the hundred families of holy deities directly, Look at that and mix your mind indivisibly. Meditation, clarity, emptiness, indivisible, is very wonderful, If you become familiar with that, you will manifest enlightenment in the bardo. This Dharma is the essence of the nine vehicles, There is no Dharma more profound than this, It is said that there is no path faster than that. You, Karma Tseten, practice this.
