祈请语上师法自在， 一心恭敬以意祈祷。 慈悲垂视追随之子， 祈请消除无知愚昧之垢。 听着，从小养育的噶玛顿珠！ 生于难生的瞻部洲， 获得难得的珍贵人身。 种姓优良，血统纯正，黝黑肤色之族， 生于成就大士空行之族。 自幼出家，长大守护戒律， 依止上师，获得深奥灌顶传承。 绕行觉阿释迦二尊等卫藏圣地山， 如今禁语和修行， 是往昔积累福德之果， 是发下良好愿望之果。 为了闭关，前往寂静处， 即使只移动七步左右， 也说能清净千劫罪业。 恒常修持白文殊， 据说能一生一世获得佛果。 修持世尊一切明智， 能清净五无间罪之罪障， 据说能断绝轮回恶趣之门。 以一切明智之门，为亡者成办利益， 据说此人是佛陀之化身。 于此五浊恶世，以七宝， 充满世界而行布施， 不如将正法四句铭记于心， 功德将胜过百千倍。 清净恶趣的一切明智坛城， 是引导来世之路的上师， 是赐予殊胜成就的本尊， 是成办安乐圆满的空行母， 是消除违缘障碍的护法， 是生出无尽受用的财神， 是成办今生来世利益的如意宝。 因此，请生起信心、恭敬和欢喜， 将一切明智坛城铭记于心， 早晚修持白文殊， 时而修持自心本性。 如是，为令顿珠闭关时增添喜悦，阿惹嘎所作。 康区上部囊谦（nangchen，囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密法增洲古籍修复室编辑出版。 对扎古（grag lu）的教诲之歌。

To the melodious Lama Chökyi Wangchuk, I pray with one-pointed devotion. Look upon your following son with compassion, And cleanse the stains of ignorance and delusion. Listen, Karma Döndrup, nurtured from childhood! You were born in the Jambudvipa, difficult to be born in, You obtained the precious human body, difficult to obtain. A noble lineage, of pure origin, the dark-skinned race, You were born into the lineage of great accomplished ones who travel in the sky. From a young age, you became a monk; when you grew up, you kept the vows. You relied on the Lama and received profound empowerments and transmissions. You circumambulated the sacred mountains of Ü-Tsang (dbus gtsang), including Jowo Shakya (jo shak gnyis). This retreat and practice you are doing now, Is the fruit of accumulating merit in past lives, And the fruit of making good aspirations. For the sake of retreat, towards the solitary mountains, Even if you move about seven steps, It is said that it purifies the sins of a thousand kalpas. Continuously reciting the White Manjushri, It is said that you will attain Buddhahood in one lifetime, one body. Practice this Blessed All-Knowing One, It purifies the sins and obscurations of the five heinous crimes, It is said that it cuts off the door to samsara and the lower realms. The person who benefits the deceased through the All-Knowing One's gate, It is said that this person is an emanation of the Buddha. In this degenerate age, with seven kinds of precious jewels, Filling the world and giving alms, Is not as great as holding four lines of the sacred Dharma in your mind, The merit will be a hundred thousand times greater. This All-Knowing Mandala that purifies the lower realms, Is the Lama who guides the path in the afterlife, Is the Yidam who bestows supreme accomplishments, Is the Dakini who accomplishes bliss and abundance, Is the Dharma Protector who dispels adverse conditions and obstacles, Is the Wealth Deity who brings inexhaustible enjoyment, Is the wish-fulfilling jewel that brings benefit in both this life and the next. Therefore, generate faith, respect, and joy, Hold the All-Knowing Mandala in your mind, Morning and evening, recite the White Manjushri, And at times, cultivate the nature of your own mind.
