།ཞེས་པ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱས་སོ།། ༈ །།ན་མོ་ཤྲཱི་ཙཀྲ་སཾ་ཝ་ར་ཡེ། ཟངས་མདོག་དཔལ་རིའི་རྩེ་མོ་ནས། །སྣང་སྲིད་ཟིལ་གནོན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ལ། །གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །མཁན་པོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཞི་བ་འཚོ། །བི་མ་མི་ཏྲ་ནཱ་ག་རྫུ་ན་དང་། །ཧཱུཾ་ཆེན་ཀ་ར་བཱ་སུ་དྷ་ར་སོགས། །རྒྱ་བལ་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །མངའ་བདག་ཡབ་སྲས་ཉང་བན་ཏིང་འཛིན་བཟང་། 祈请遣除一切障碍，以极大的虔诚祈祷，愿息灭疾病邪魔的障碍，祈请遣除非时死亡，赐予长寿不死之成就。从无数劫的生世以来，饮酒和合药的物质，以及违背誓言等，昏厥和癫痫的业障，所有积累的全部忏悔，今后不再造作。十自在的主宰观世音，消除不善业障之后，以善果祈祷之后，昏厥和癫痫的疾病邪魔，祈请息灭无余，加持身心安乐。这是因为自己的近侍顿珠得了重病，每天昏厥十二次左右，用任何方法都无效。心想这是前世的什么果报呢？在傍晚时分，随意念诵了这个祈祷文，以大悲观世音的病人加持的要点进行观修，第二天早上稍微好转了一些。这是Ra Ga A Syas所说。༈ །།那摩室利轮金刚耶（藏文，梵文天城体：नमः श्रीचक्रसंवरये，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ śrīcakrasaṃvaraye，汉语字面意思：顶礼吉祥轮金刚）。从铜色吉祥山顶，显现镇压显有之化身，祈请邬金莲花生，祈请加持，赐予显有自在之成就。在大乐炽燃之坛城中，至上权威莲花黑汝嘎，薄伽梵胜乐轮，祈请加持，赐予显有自在之成就。在邬金化身之宫殿中，自在之自性空行母，至尊金刚亥母，祈请加持，赐予显有自在之成就。在二十四圣地中，具有无碍神通力，四种姓的勇士空行母，祈请加持，赐予显有自在之成就。以向您祈祷的力量，愿能摄伏三界，镇压三有，所愿如意成就，赐予显有自在之成就。这是在吉月的初十晚上，因为有些需要，向胜乐金刚红色身祈祷，清楚地看到了成就的征兆。

Praying to dispel all obstacles, I pray with intense devotion, may the obstacles of disease and evil spirits be pacified, I pray to avert untimely death, grant the accomplishment of immortal life. From countless lifetimes and kalpas, the substances of alcohol and mixed medicine, and breaking vows of the heart, etc., all the karmic obscurations of fainting and epilepsy, I confess and repent all that has been accumulated, may I not do it again in the future. The lord of the ten powers, Avalokiteshvara, having removed the non-virtuous karmic obscurations, and having prayed with the fruit of virtue, may the diseases and evil spirits of fainting and epilepsy be pacified and eliminated, bless body and mind with happiness. This is because his attendant Dondrup had a severe illness, fainting about twelve times a day, and no method helped. Thinking, what is the result of past karma? In the evening, I spontaneously recited this prayer, focusing on the blessing of the patient of Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara, and the next morning he felt a little better. This was said by Ra Ga A Syas. ༈ །།Namo Shri Chakra Samvaraye (藏文，梵文天城体：नमः श्रीचक्रसंवरये，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ śrīcakrasaṃvaraye，汉语字面意思：顶礼吉祥轮金刚). From the top of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain, the manifested form that subdues appearance and existence, I pray to Orgyen Padmasambhava, I pray for blessings, grant the accomplishment of the power of appearance and existence. In the mandala of blazing great bliss, Supreme Authority Padma Heruka, Bhagavan Supreme Bliss Wheel, I pray for blessings, grant the accomplishment of the power of appearance and existence. In the palace of Orgyen's manifestation, the Dakini who is the nature of power, Supreme Mother Vajravarahi, I pray for blessings, grant the accomplishment of the power of appearance and existence. In the twenty-four sacred places, endowed with unobstructed miraculous power, the heroes and heroines of the four families, I pray for blessings, grant the accomplishment of the power of appearance and existence. By the power of praying to you, may I subdue the three realms, suppress the three existences, and accomplish my wishes as desired, grant the accomplishment of the power of appearance and existence. This was prayed to Red Chakrasamvara on the tenth night of the victorious month because of some needs, and the signs of accomplishment were clearly seen.

May it descend upon the crown of my head! Karma Araga so! Homage to Dīpaṃkara Upāsaka! In Sukhavati is the Victorious Amitābha, In India is the great Paṇḍita Atiśa, In the Tushita heaven is known as Immaculate Sky, In this land of snow mountains is the Red Hat with a crest, I supplicate at the feet of the Lord of Dharma. On the peak of Mount Potala is Avalokiteśvara, In Ü-Tsang north is the name of Dromtön Gyalwai, As well as Phuchungwa and Kyergangba, Emanating manifestations to tame beings in all ten directions, Now in this field manifesting the body of emanation, I supplicate at the feet of Dharmadhatu Vajra. Two aspects of wisdom and three banners, And the compassionate lineage lamas, The four deities of the Kadampa and the great mother Vajradhara, Maitreya and Nāgārjuna and so forth, Of the sixteen bindus, I supplicate to the deities. Refuge, the sacred Three Jewels, Yidam instructions, the four supreme deities of the Kadampa, Sacred Dharma instructions, the three precious baskets, I supplicate to the unerring instructions of the Victorious Ocean, These seven dharmas. By the blessings of this supplication, May I and all my lineage, Not be deceived by the Dharma of great risk for small gain, But may we properly practice the three baskets of the sacred Dharma, small risk for great gain, and be blessed. Without compassion, fierce and wrathful, Not taking refuge in worldly deities, Always watching over beings with unceasing compassion, May the four assemblies of deities who protect both temporarily and ultimately, Inseparably hold us in refuge and grant blessings. May we not abandon any of the deities spoken of in the vast array of sutras and tantras, Not abandoning any deity or mantra, But gathering all into the mandala of bindus, And practicing with the five recollections, May the blessings of the Kadampa enter and grant blessings. May the twelve Tenma goddesses and the eighty white deities, And all the protectors always befriend us, May my countless disciples, possessing pure liberation and the three trainings, Greatly increase, And may the teachings of the Victorious One be made like the sun, May that supreme accomplishment be granted to me.
