The Buddhas permit speaking harsh words. However, in this Saha world, it is difficult to distinguish between benefit and harm. Learning bad deeds is mistaken for being beneficial; speaking harsh words is seen as hateful; speaking too much gives rise to anger. Therefore, I offer three vows: Although my mind was not evil in the past, I confess and admit all the harsh words I have spoken. May this not become an obstacle for me in the future. From now until the end of my life, to all Sangha students and Dharma friends, I will speak kindly, vowing not to speak harsh words. May the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, and all the Three Jewels bless my vows to be fulfilled and purify my speech obscurations. Thus, because of being too close to patrons and some Sangha students, I inadvertently spoke some harsh words and showed much displeasure at this, I vow not to speak harsh words from now on. May it be auspicious! Homage to Guru (梵文天城体:गुरु,梵文罗马音:guru,汉语字面意思:上师). Homage to the lotus feet of the supreme guide, the Guru, the emanation of the Lord of the World, Avalokiteśvara. The basis is the Great Seal, Ah La La. Emaho! How wonderful, how amazing! Ya ki, the mind of the Buddhas, ma ki, the confused appearances of the six realms, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the benefit of sentient beings by Bodhisattvas, ma ki, the sinful power of demons, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the pure land of Great Bliss, ma ki, the eighteen hells, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the compassion of the Three Jewels, ma ki, the obstacles of gods and demons, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the wealth of the gods, ma ki, the hunger and thirst of the pretas, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the wisdom of Manjushri, ma ki, the stupidity of animals, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the peacefulness of the noble ones, ma ki, the violent struggles of the asuras, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the value of the wish-fulfilling jewel, ma ki, the desires of the dead stone, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the mind of the Buddhas, ma ki, the mind of one's own mind, these two, in the nature of emptiness, are one. Ya ki, the yogi's own mind, ma ki, the minds of the six realms of beings.
