་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྡུགས། །བཀའ་དམ་ཆོས་ཀུན་གྱི་ངད་པ་ཡལ། །ལྷ་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྲོས། །བདུད་ནག་ཕྱོགས་གདོན་རིགས་རླུང་ལྟར་འཚུབ། །ཆར་དུས་སུ་མི་འབབ་ལོ་དགྲ་མང་། །དུས་མི་བདེ་མཐའ་དབུས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁྲུག །སྤུན་ཉེ་དུ་མི་མཐུན་རྨེ་འཁྲུག་བྱེད། །དུས་འདི་འདྲ་ཁྱེད་ཉིད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ། །དོན་དེ་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །སྟེང་གཟའ་སྐར་ འཁྲུག་པས་ཐོག་སེར་རྒོད། །མི་ཕལ་ཆེར་གཟའ་ནད་ཧུར་ཐུམ་མང་། །འོག་ཀླུ་གདོན་འཁྲུག་པས་གཅོང་ནད་མང་། །མི་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཞ་གྲུམ་མཛེ་ཡིས་འཁྱེར། །གདོན་རྒྱལ་འགོང་དར་བས་ནང་འཁྲུག་མང་། །མི་ཕལ་ཆེར་སྨྱོ་འབོག་ཆག་འདྲེས་འདེབས། །མ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འཁྲུག་པས་རིམས་ནད་མང་། །མི་ཕལ་ཆེར་བདུན་དྲུག་ནད་ཀྱི་འཆི། །གདོན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དར་བས་ཁ་ལྕེ་རྒོད། །མི་ཉེས་མེད་བདེ་དབྱེན་སྲོག་བྲལ། །བདུད་སྣང་སྲིད་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཟིང་ལང་དུས། །ཕ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འདུལ་སྐལ་ཡིན་ལགས་པས། །དོན་དེ་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །བདག་དལ་འབྱོར་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ལགས་ཀྱང་། །ཆོས་བྱེད་བསམ་ངང་ལ་མི་ཚེ་ཟད། །དུས་སྙེམས་མེད་གཅིག་ལ་འཆི་བས་གཏུག །དགྲ་འཆི་བདག་གཤིན་རྗེས་ཟིན་པའི་དུས། །སྨན་རིམ་གྲོས་མི་ཕན་ཕྱིར་ཕྱིར་ཐུ། །གཉེན་ཉེ་དུ་ཟས་ནོར་ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས། །སེམས་དབང་མེད་བྱ་སྒྲོ་རླུང་ཁྱེར་བཞིན། །འགག་གཟུར་མེད་བར་དོའི་འཕྲང་ལ་འགྲིམ། །ལས་དགེ་སྡིག་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཁྲིམས་ལ་གཏུག །རྫུན་སྨྲས་ཀྱང་མི་ཕན་མེ་ལོང་གསལ། །དུས་དེ་འདྲའི་དུས་ ཤིག་བྱུང་ཙམ་ན། །སྐྱོབ་ངེས་པའི་བླ་མ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། །དེ་གཅིག་བསྡུས་ཨུ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །དུས་དེ་ཚེ་རེ་ས་གཞན་ན་མེད། །ཕ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཟུང་ཞིག་པདྨ་ལྟའབྱུང་། །ཚེ་འདི་དང་ཕྱི་མ་བར་དོ་གསུམ། །སྐྱབས་གཞན་ན་མ་མཆིས་ཁྱེད་རང་ཤེས། །བདག་གདུང་ཤུགས་དྲག་པོས་གསོལ་བཏབ་པས། །རྗེ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ། །མི་བདག་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདྲེས། །དོན་དབང་བཞི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅིག་ཆར་ཕོབ། །ད་ཚུར་ལྟོས་རང་གི་སེམས་ལ་ལྟོས། །སེམས་བལྟས་པས་གཟུགས་དང་ཁ་དོག་མེད། །སེམས་མེད་པ་མ་ཡིན་གར་ཡང་རྒྱུག །དེ་བལྟས་པས་མི་མཐོང་ངང་ལ་ཞོག །དོན་སེམས་ངོ་མཐོང་ཞེས་དེ་ལ་ཟེར། །སེམས་གནས་ན་གནས་པའི་ངང་ལ་ལྟོས། །སེམས་སྟོང་གསལ་ངང་ན་རྗེན་ནེར་ཞོག །སེམས་གར་འགྲོ་ལྷོད་ལ་རྒྱང་སྲུང་གྱིས། །དཔེ་ཆུ་ལ་ཆུ་རླབས་ཐིམ་པ་བཞིན། །སེམས་འཕྲོ་རྒོད་སྟོང་ཉིད་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཞི། །རང་སེམས་ཀྱི

诸佛之慈悲衰减， 所有誓言之加持力消逝。 白色护法神皆已逃离， 黑色魔类如风般肆虐。 不应降雨之时却无雨，旱灾频发， 时局不稳，四面八方皆动荡。 兄弟亲友不和，争端不断。 此等时刻，唯您具大慈悲， 为此向您祈请。 上方星宿错乱，冰雹肆虐， 多数人遭受星曜之疾病侵扰。 下方龙族恶灵作祟，慢性病增多， 多数人被麻痹、瘫痪、麻风所困。 恶灵鬼怪猖獗，内部争斗多， 多数人精神错乱，癫痫等疾病缠身。 空行母作乱，瘟疫蔓延， 多数人死于七六种疾病。 恶毒夜叉猖獗，口舌之争激烈， 无辜之人遭受诽谤，丧失性命。 邪魔外道鬼神骚乱之际， 唯有您能调伏， 为此向您祈请。 我虽获得暇满人身， 却在无意义的思绪中虚度一生。 无常迅速，死亡逼近， 当死主阎罗抓住之时， 医药仪式皆无益，徒劳无功， 亲友食物财富皆成遗物。 心不由己，如羽毛随风飘荡， 无可避免地步入中阴险道。 善恶之业将受阎罗审判， 即使说谎也无济于事，明镜昭然。 当此等时刻降临时， 能确定救度的上师三宝， 其总集即是邬金莲花生大士， 此时此刻别无他处可依。 祈请您以慈悲之手救度，如莲花般显现， 今生、来世、中阴三者， 除您之外别无救怙，请您知晓。 我以强烈之悲痛祈请， 莲花生大士融入光中， 与我无二无别融为一体， 四种灌顶加持同时降临。 现在，向内看，看看自己的心， 审视内心，无形无色， 心并非不存在，而是无处不在， 审视它，让它安住于不可见之状态。 此即所谓的心之本性显现。 心若安住，就观照其安住之状态， 让心赤裸地安住于空明之中， 放松地守护心之去向。 如水波融入水中， 心的散乱念头消融于空性之中。 观照自己的心。

The compassion of all Buddhas wanes, The power of all oath-bound teachings fades. All white guardian deities flee, Black demons and evil spirits rage like the wind. It does not rain when it should, and droughts are many, Times are uneasy, turmoil everywhere. Brothers, relatives, and friends disagree, causing strife. In times like these, you alone possess great compassion, Therefore, I pray to you. Above, the planets and stars are in disarray, causing hailstorms, Most people suffer from planetary illnesses. Below, the nagas and evil spirits are in conflict, causing chronic diseases, Most people are afflicted with paralysis, lameness, and leprosy. Evil spirits and demons thrive, causing much internal strife, Most people suffer from madness, epilepsy, and mixed ailments. The dakinis are in turmoil, causing widespread epidemics, Most people die from seven or six types of diseases. Malicious yakshas thrive, causing fierce verbal disputes, Innocent people are slandered and lose their lives. In times of chaos caused by demons, heretics, and spirits, You, Father, are the one to subdue them, Therefore, I pray to you. Although I have obtained the precious human body with leisure and opportunity, I waste my life in meaningless thoughts. Impermanence is swift, and death approaches, When the Lord of Death, Yama, seizes me, Medicine and rituals are useless, all in vain, Relatives, friends, food, and wealth are left behind. My mind is uncontrollable, like a feather carried by the wind, Inevitably entering the perilous paths of the bardo. Good and bad deeds will be judged by Yama, Even lying will not help, the mirror is clear. When such a time comes, The Lama, the Three Jewels, who are certain to save, The embodiment of them all is Orgyen Rinpoche, At this time, there is no other refuge. I pray that you save me with your compassionate hand, appearing like a lotus, In this life, the next life, and the three bardos, There is no other refuge but you, please know this. I pray with intense sorrow, Guru Padmasambhava dissolves into light, Mingling with me, inseparable and one, The blessings of the four empowerments descend simultaneously. Now, look inward, look at your own mind, Looking at the mind, it has no form or color, The mind is not non-existent, but it goes everywhere, Looking at it, let it rest in the invisible state. This is what is called seeing the face of the mind. If the mind abides, then look at the state in which it abides, Let the mind rest nakedly in emptiness and clarity, Relax and guard where the mind goes. Like a wave dissolving into water, The mind's wild thoughts dissolve into the expanse of emptiness. Observe your own mind.
