Meditate on blazing intensely. Recite the short mantra, which is the tail end of the Garuda mantra. Recite one hundred thousand, two hundred thousand, or three hundred thousand times. Adjust the quantity according to whether there is harm to oneself or not. This is a great accomplishment practice. To be sharp, it is also known as the 'Sharp Tooth Recitation'. If that doesn't subdue them, then at the end of the two short mantras, Add the twenty-eight fierce lightning wrathful mantras. Whatever you apply it to, it will be unimpeded. If even that doesn't subdue them, Then add the forty-nine fierce mantras after that. At that time, with the rays of light from your own heart, Fill the vessel and essence with blazing fierce fire. Stamp the left foot on the lunar seat, causing all the retinue to tremble. The retinue trembles and bows, subduing the harm-doers. This is known as the activity of the foot. Flames blaze and spread from the pores of the hair. Whirling and burning, the harm-doers are burned like bird feathers. This is known as the activity of the body. On your own tongue is a moon, and on it a three-pointed vajra. On each point, there are three sets of mantras. The mantra ends with three 'Phaṭ' shown outwards. The natural sound of the mantra roars like thunder, And from the three 'Phaṭ' emanate great vajra hailstorms. Like hail destroying many harm-doers. This is known as the activity of speech. The eight nāgas adorning the body are eight great snakes. The mouths of these are facing outwards, From seeing-poison, touching-poison, breath, and fangs, And the five poisons of evil thoughts, spread like mist. Destroying enemies and obstacles, like flowers carried away by hail. This is known as the activity of ornaments. From the vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Literal meaning: diamond/thunderbolt) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in your heart, Emanate the three-pointed vajra of the wrathful one, And a vast army of wrathful ones. Like the wind scattering bird feathers, destroy the harm-doers. Drive them to the far shore of the great outer ocean. Those who do not leave, Some are made to faint, stiffen, become numb, some are killed by disturbing their minds. Some are eaten, their hearts torn out, cut up, and some are transformed into the ocean. This is known as the activity of the mind. From raising and striking the vajra in the right hand, Innumerable vajra thunderbolts are emitted densely. The harm-doers are reduced to dust like a rotten house or a broken boat. By brandishing the vajra, a rain of wrathful ones like oneself falls. All of these wrathful ones hold vajras in their right hands, Hammering the harm-doers into hell with mallets. Turning everything into powder, ashes, and dust.
