黄色雌雄鸟，左髋持灯的雄鸟是红色，右髋持粪便的雌鸟是绿色，所有羽毛都充满蓝色小鹏鸟，身化各种大鹏鸟光芒四射，又化鹏鸟如暴风雪般猛烈，三化鹏鸟充满三千世界，一切皆为青玉眉毛火焰燃烧，眼睛是血液的自性波涛汹涌，天铁燃烧的角上冒着烟，头顶上的如意宝珠降下所需之雨，金刚石喙爪锋利而坚硬，利剑之翅膀，水刀之尾羽，剃刀之细孔中降下沙粒，发出咔嚓咔嚓的声音，做出各种飞翔，吞噬有害的本色蛇形，如是二十一大鹏鸟的盔甲，说是猛烈的作业在半夜观修，之后是遮断守护的观想次第，所有守护对象都观想在自己的左右，身化五色光芒，上下四方中间毫无间隙，白光是白色金刚杵的帐篷，黄色是珍宝点缀的金刚橛帐篷，红色是莲花点缀的弯刀帐篷，绿色是十字点缀的利剑帐篷，深蓝色上下是天铁轮，千辐互相撞击左右旋转的帐篷，其后观想五光交织的智慧之，五色火焰山燃烧，本来誓言智慧无分别，无需迎请灌顶是忆念圆满，嗡 班匝 赞扎 玛哈 若卡纳 诺杰 吾扎达 亚 吽 啪 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་གནོད་བྱེད་ཨུ་ཙ་ཏ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्रचण्डमहाऱोषन हन्यते उच्छटय हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajracāṇḍamahāroṣaṇa hanyate ucchaṭaya hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，暴怒，大，忿怒尊，摧毁，驱逐，吽，啪) ，这是常修自他守护之殊胜，如是心子自生金刚之，具夏姆布特征之四法中，手金刚鹏鸟具夏姆布者，出自广大续部经典中，以及口诀上师们的口头教诲，从自己十八岁到如今，结合修持之经验，持明咒者名为圆满者，因为再三恳请有意义，羊年萨嘎月的红色初一的，早晨时分喇嘎阿夏所著，书写者也是请求者所为，所有罪过都在依怙本尊前忏悔，愿以此善引导众生至金刚
