ས༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ལ་དབྱེར་མེད་པར་ཐིམ་པས༔ འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་རང་རང་གིས་དམ་བཅས་པ་ལྟར་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱོབ་པར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག༔ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུརྱ་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མཚན་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་བསྒྲགས་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ཟླ་བ་པདྨས་རབ་ཏུ་བརྒྱན་པ་མཁས་པ་གཟི་བརྗིད་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་བྱིན་ གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་གསེར་བཟང་དྲི་མེད་རིན་ཆེན་སྣང་བ་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་གྲུབ་པས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མྱ་ངན་མེད་མཆོག་དཔལ་གྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཆོས་བསྒྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཆོག་གི་བློས་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ སྟོན་པ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཉི་ལྟར་སྣང་མཛད་དང་ཟླ་ལྟར་གསལ་མཛད་དང་༔ འཇམ་དཔལ་དང་སྐྱབས་གྲོལ་དང་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སེམས་དཔའ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ འཕགས་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ༔ གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས༔ མཁན་པོ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭ༔ མཁས་པ་བེ་རོ་ཙ་ན་ལ་སོགས་པ་རིག་འཛིན་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རླུང་མཁྲིས་བད་ཀན་འདུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ནད་རིགས་བཞི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞིའི་གནོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ཞི་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ནས་ངན་སོང་གི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་ ཆོད་དེ༔ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པར་སྐྱེས་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག༔ ཚངས་པ་དང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་དང་༔ གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་བཅུ་གཉིས་གཡོག་བདུན་འབུམ་བདུན་འབུམ་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་༔ སྔོན་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་པ་བཞིན་དུ༔ སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ལ་བསྲུང་བ་དང་བསྐྱབ་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག༔ ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ས་ཛྱེ་སོགས། ཧཱུྃ༔ སྐུ་མདོག་བཻཌཱུརྱ་ཡི་རི་བོ་འདྲ༔ འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་ནད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སེལ༔ བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་གྱིས་བསྐོར༔ རིན་ཆེན་སྨན་འཛིན་ལྷ་ཚོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག

萨！所有智慧尊都化为光融入你们之中，无有分别！请世间众生也如各自所誓，承诺守护和救护！祈请薄伽梵如来应供正等觉药师琉璃光王加持！祈请如来名号圆满宣扬吉祥王加持！祈请如来宝月莲花庄严善巧光显妙音王加持！祈请如来妙金无垢宝光苦行圆满加持！祈请如来无忧最胜吉祥加持！祈请如来法海雷音加持！祈请如来以法海之胜慧善于游舞现证加持！祈请导师胜者释迦牟尼加持！祈请菩萨如日显现和如月照耀，以及文殊、救脱和金刚手等十六菩萨加持！祈请圣者阿难陀！莲花生大师！堪布菩提萨埵！贤者贝若扎那等持明上师们加持！祈请这些弟子的风、胆、涎混合所生的四百零四种疾病的损害，当下平息！从圆满兴盛的福德中受用，断除恶趣之门！于清净的佛刹中受生，迅速成佛！梵天和帝释天与四大天王，以及十二药叉大将和七百万眷属等，也如往昔所承诺的誓言一般！请守护和救护这些弟子！ 达雅塔（梵文罗马拟音：Tadyathā）！嗡 贝卡匝耶（藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ས་ཛྱེ་，梵文天城体：ॐ भैषज्य，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhaiṣajye，汉语字面意思：嗡，药）等。 吽！身色如同琉璃山！遣除众生疾病之痛苦！八大菩萨眷属围绕！手持珍宝药之天众，愿吉祥！

Sa! May all the wisdom beings dissolve into light and merge with you without any distinction! May all worldly beings also, as they have vowed, promise to protect and save! May the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Medicine Guru Vaidurya Prabha Raja bless us! May the Tathagata whose name is perfectly proclaimed, the Glorious King, bless us! May the Tathagata adorned with precious jewels and the moon-lotus, the Wise and Glorious Sound King, bless us! May the Tathagata Golden Excellent Stainless Precious Light, who has accomplished asceticism, bless us! May the Tathagata No Sorrow Supreme Glory bless us! May the Tathagata Dharma Proclamation Ocean Sound bless us! May the Tathagata who fully knows how to play with the supreme intellect of the Dharma Ocean bless us! May the Teacher, the Victorious Shakyamuni, bless us! May the Bodhisattvas who appear like the sun and illuminate like the moon, as well as Manjushri, Kyabdro, and Vajrapani, and the sixteen Bodhisattvas, bless us! May the Noble Ananda! Guru Padmasambhava! Abbot Bodhisattva! The wise Vairochana and other Vidyadhara Lamas bless us! May the harm of the four hundred and four types of diseases arising from the combination of wind, bile, and phlegm of these disciples be pacified right now! May they enjoy the glory of perfect prosperity and cut off the gate of evil destinies! May they be born in the pure Buddha-fields and quickly attain enlightenment! May Brahma and Indra, and the Four Great Kings, as well as the twelve Yaksha generals and the seven million retinues, also, as they have vowed in the past! Please protect and save these disciples! Tadyatha! Om Bhaisajye, etc. Hum! The color of the body is like a mountain of lapis lazuli! Relieves the suffering of diseases of sentient beings! Surrounded by a retinue of eight Bodhisattvas! May the assembly of deities holding precious medicine be auspicious!
