花朵飘落，由此积聚的平等之障得以清净，获得甘露药师佛众的灌顶，种下大乐的种子。如此获得灌顶后，如果懂得，就念诵药师佛的仪轨并修持；如果不懂，就向药师琉璃光王佛顶礼。念诵“顶礼药师琉璃光王佛”一百遍（上等），二十一遍（中等），至少七遍不间断，所有疾病都会平息，死后也不会堕入恶趣。如果因为罪孽深重而堕入恶趣，也能迅速解脱，转生到天人的善趣，逐渐获得菩提。这是世尊在经中所说，因此要以信心作为本尊来修持，请复诵这些话。从现在开始直到菩提，都要将世尊药师佛视为本尊。现在为了酬谢，献上曼扎，请复诵这些话。将李地的曼扎变成珍宝，将所有青稞变成黄金和绿松石，以虔诚之心献给具悲心的化身上师，请以慈悲之眼垂视我和他人。弟子解脱后，为了恢复各自的能力，稍微念诵，将自己面前的智慧尊和誓言尊融入自身。世间尊 瓦日拉 穆！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以此善行愿我等迅速……等等，念诵回向文，然后安住于无所缘的状态中。还有，对于患有严重慢性疾病，长期遭受折磨的病人，精气耗尽，濒临死亡，无论药物还是仪轨都无效，被邪魔附体严重，遭遇严重鬼祟作祟，被熟人欺骗，听信了“我知道，我有办法”之类的话而来的那些人，其他威力强大、装饰华丽的灌顶也很难起作用。首先，完整地给予一次广大的灌顶，然后再次尽可能多地进行灌顶的修持和念诵，对于这个简略的灌顶，上等念诵一百零八遍，中等念诵年龄数，下等念诵二十一遍等等，或者念诵年龄数的三倍等等，清晰地观想后给予灌顶，如果寿命已尽、业力已尽、福报已尽这三种情况同时出现，即使是佛陀也无法挽回。如果不是这种情况，即使是业力病也能稍微好转，这是药师佛的愿力。对自己来说，也没有违背誓言的危险。据说，长寿灌顶一百次等等，可以延长自己的寿命。这个方法简单易行，没有过失，而且效果显著。首先献上曼扎，然后根据情况念诵十遍或二十遍等等。

Flowers are scattered, and the obscurations accumulated by this are purified equally. May the empowerment of the assembly of deities of nectar medicine be obtained. May the seed of great bliss be planted. Having obtained the empowerment in this way, if you know, recite the ritual of the Medicine Buddha and practice the approach. If you do not know, pay homage to the Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light. Recite "Homage to the Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light" one hundred times (best), twenty-one times (medium), or at least seven times without interruption. All diseases will be pacified, and you will not go to the lower realms in the future. If, due to great sin, you go once, you will quickly be liberated and be born in the higher realms of gods and humans, and gradually attain enlightenment. This is what the Bhagavan said in the sutra, so with faith, take this as your yidam and repeat these words. From this time until enlightenment, take this Bhagavan Medicine Buddha as your yidam deity. Now, as a token of gratitude, offer a mandala, and repeat these words. Transform the mandala of Li into jewels, transform all the barley into gold and turquoise, and offer it with devotion to the compassionate emanation of the lama. Please look upon me and others with compassion. After the disciples are liberated, in order to restore their abilities, recite a little, and dissolve the wisdom beings and samaya beings in front of you into yourself. Also, for patients who are seriously ill with chronic diseases, who have been suffering for a long time, whose essence is exhausted, who are on the verge of death, and for whom neither medicine nor rituals have any effect, who are severely possessed by demons, who have encountered severe ghostly influences, who have been deceived by acquaintances, and who have come after hearing words like "I know, I have a way," other powerful and beautifully decorated empowerments are difficult to be effective. First, give one complete and extensive empowerment, and then practice the approach and recitation of the empowerment as much as possible. For this condensed empowerment, recite one hundred and eight times (best), the number of years (medium), or twenty-one times (least), etc., or three times the number of years, etc. Clearly visualize and give the empowerment. If the three conditions of exhausted lifespan, exhausted karma, and exhausted merit are present, even the Buddha cannot reverse it. Otherwise, even if it is a karmic disease, it will get a little better. This is the power of the Medicine Buddha's prayer. There is also no danger of violating vows for oneself. It is said that one hundred longevity empowerments, etc., can extend one's life. This method is easy to do, without fault, and very effective. First offer a mandala, and then recite ten or twenty times, etc., as appropriate.

After completing a hundred empowerments, because this is a secret mantra, offer tsok and your own Dharma protectors' torma, etc., if you can do it extensively, there will be auspicious benefits, and the auspicious coincidence of great blessings descending. This was spoken by the emanation, and I, Raga Asya, compiled it. This empowerment is a mind treasure, suitable for extracting from the Heavenly Dharma. The history, etc., was done by me, and if there are any errors, I confess them, and may all sentient beings be liberated from the suffering of disease by this virtue. Auspicious!
