Duna duna hum phat. Raksha raksha svaha. Recite this seven times. Then, praise the emanation of the mind: HUM. Great glorious Vajrapani's mind emanation, Whose head is adorned with a great, blazing garuda, From the summit of Mount Meru, From the top of the wish-fulfilling tree, The king of birds, Garuda, With his emanation, subdues existence and peace. With fierce power and strength, he tames the lineage of demons, His beak and claws are made of sky-iron lightning. His eyes radiate the sun's and moon's rays, His wings cover the three thousand worlds and space. He gathers nagas, local deities, and earth lords under his power, He cuts through the waves of the eight classes of beings in existence and peace, He pulverizes harmful and malicious beings. He subdues the malicious naga race, Yakshas, gandharvas, male and female, Planetary nagas, earth lords, and the four great kings, The ten directional guardians, the hordes of demonic attendants, He gathers all of them without exception under his power. Protect us, the patrons and offerings, Bless us with the emanation of the great garuda. Bestow the blessings of the three whites, Turn back the maliciousness of earth lords, nagas, and local deities. On the two horns of the great garuda's head, Sky-iron lightning sparks, Pulverizing all upper demons. On the right and left wings of the garuda, The sound of wisdom fire and thunder roars, Turning back all bad omens. The wisdom dakinis subdue enemies and obstacles. From his mouth, the sound of KRI KRI TRI is emitted, Arousing the gods and demons of existence and peace. Pulverizing harmful and malicious beings. The power and strength of the garuda are inconceivable. Bless the supreme practitioner, patrons, and offerings. For the sake of turning back the obstacles and adverse conditions of myself and my supporters, After arranging a black three-headed torma, Do not let this torma be separated, Do not let this torma be tilted, Do not let this torma be shaken, Please suppress the necks of the harmful ones. May the powerful garuda bless the supreme practitioner, patrons, and retinue. I pray for the protection of body, speech, and mind, I pray for the turning back of unfavorable obstacles, I pray for the turning back of calamities and bad omens, I pray for the turning back of bad omens and calculations. May the iron dragon, the emanation of speech, Protect from the place of the throat. May the great lion, the emanation of body, Protect from the center of the heart. For us yogis and our retinues, The arrangement of deities in the head-place is: May the one with armor protect the crown of the head. May the one with copper armor protect the throat. May the one with a powerful cloak protect the heart. May the one with rhinoceros armor protect the navel. May the one with iron armor protect the secret place. Wear the armor of strength on the body. Bestow the empowerment of strength on the life. Hold sharp weapons in the chest. Shoot the arrow of form at the enemy. Blaze the fire that burns the hordes of obstacles. Thus, arranging the deities of protection, Wearing the armor of strength on the body, May the gods, nagas, tsen, demons, gandharvas, And Yama, yakshas, hordes of obstacles, Planets, earth lords, and the species of Nyan, And male and female Gyalpo spirits, Damtsi, etc., Not be able to hinder the obstructing demons, Protect day and night, Always protect. Avert the yearly and monthly obstacles to the enemy. Transform evil words and bad omens, Turn inauspiciousness and ferocity upon the enemy. Combine the red three-headed one with a nose-rope, Shoot a thorn arrow into the enemy's heart. You make the life ransom of the benefactor. You make the ransom for the demon. The demoness, drummer, consort, I pray, avert the plague of blood. Command Shangshang evil words as servants, Make the evil-speaking ones do hard labor. Load the powerful elephant with burdens. May all the evil-speaking ones become slaves. Scatter the black and white sha pebbles on the torma. May all the yearly obstacles be transformed.
