May it be free (from death). It is the pledge to subdue demons and obstructors. It is the pledge to avert untimely death. It is the pledge to pacify bad omens and obstacles. It is the pledge to increase life, power, and enjoyment. The white small conch shell is the support of the body. The red coral is the support of speech. The blue small turquoise is the support of mind. The yellow gold dust is the support of qualities. The black meteorite iron is the support of activities. The nine-eyed armor amulet is the support of the lama. The five-colored silk thread is the support of radiance. The eagle feather arrow is the support of life. The iron arrowhead is the support of longevity. It is held as a pledge during practice. Therefore, it is known as the longevity pledge. Now, it is absorbed into the son of the lineage. The unchanging life-binding is like this. The longevity of the Yungdrung (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वस्ति, Sanskrit Romanization: Svasti, meaning: auspicious) victory banner vajra, with its expansive display, is radiant in the three thousand worlds. When protected, the body is dignified and majestic. When bound, the vajra lineage continues unbroken. The supreme essence of the five condensed substances. Now, into the body, speech, and mind, the three wheels of life are truly absorbed. Please bless and entrust it for protection, be sure to protect it.
