Surrounded by the four kings of speech, mind, merit, and activity, on the left are the mothers Shantiro Zanma, adorned with silk and jewels, wielding swords, and relying on mongooses at their waists, etc., the five great mothers. Behind are the ministers Shampa Jyakri, one-eyed and blue, riding on black saddles, wielding field staffs and vajras, etc., the five ministers. In front are the red Tsi, wearing rhinoceros-hide armor and helmets, holding red spears and lassos, riding wild gray horses with turquoise manes, surrounded by five emanations. Furthermore, there are the emanations Crystal White Shin, the White One-Eyed, the Nine-Handed Kule, the Red Yamshud, the theurang spirits of the three realms of heaven, earth, and in-between, the red planetary demons, the yaksha with rhinoceros faces, Brahma with conch-shell topknots, black and without smiles, the eighteen trillion great shins, the four divisions of troop leaders, the servants Gartse and Gurtse, the Mongol Mi-nyak Na-chung, the long-eyed A-tsara, all those who have become the retinue of gyalsen and damsi spirits, all of whom are filled with loving-kindness, with smiling countenances, holding wish-fulfilling jewels and victory banners, and various auspicious objects and symbols in their hands. From my heart, countless wrathful, red, desire-ruling ones, holding iron hooks and lassos, emanate forth, instantly summoning the guests. Oṃ Ṭaki Rāca Hūṃ! Hūṃ! In the past, you resided in the high blue sky, in the middle, you resided in the Mongolian monastery, and now you magically reside on the island of Samye (བསམ་ཡས་，Samye Monastery, c. 775-779 CE). I request the Dharma King to descend. Garab Dorje, Shri Singha, and Orgyen place the golden vajra on your crown, and also bestow the empowerment of the eight victory banners. I request you to descend from the secret place. I request the five great father and mother kings, the five ministers, and the five emanations, especially the karma worker, the great yaksha, and their retinues to descend. I request the nine brothers, including the sky gods, from all the monasteries and dharma wheels, the abiding retinues and assemblies of emanations, to descend to this place of offering. May the hosts of gyongpo and damsi spirits, who belong to your retinue, gather here to purify the karmic debts of myself, the patrons, and our retinues. The secret water of all Buddhas of the three times, The Vajra oath water, the nectar of truth, I give to the great king, parents, ministers, and subjects, Drink this water of the Vajra Holder. If you keep the vows, you will attain the two siddhis, If you break the vows, you will fall into the Avici hell. This is the Vajra Hell (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ན་ར་ཀན), Holding the Vajra: Hum! The blessings of all Buddhas gathered as one, The supreme, unchanging wisdom Vajra, Unbreakable, indestructible, and fearless, The unchanging substance, without existence, May the emptiness Vajra reside in your heart. For the purpose of offering to the protector of the doctrine, the lord of the Ging, This pleasing, uncontaminated offering is presented, Filling the earth and sky, The four continents of the intermediate realm. Offering water, bathing water, flowers, incense, Lamps, scented water, food, musical instruments, Umbrellas, victory banners, flags, silk banners, Wheel jewels, wish-fulfilling jewels, consorts, precious jewels, ministers, elephant jewels, horse jewels, precious jewels, Generals, and the seven royal emblems, I offer to the Dharma-protecting king and his retinue. Precious gold, turquoise, silver, and pearls, Coral, conch shells, iron, and precious treasure vases, I offer to King Pehar and his retinue.
