Find and place at the horse's head in Ga Sna. On the back of the western turtle, give each of the nine red-faced monkeys an iron axe, and place thirteen white women. On the back of the northern turtle, place twenty-one black water birds and seven black women, and one black earthenware pot filled with water. On the back of the northeastern turtle, place thirteen black oxen, and place a five-colored silk yoke on them, and give them a yoke made of tiger skin with divination written on it. On the back of the southeastern turtle, place seven statues of mad women, and ashes scraped from the stove in the toilet, and one black offering made of burnt flour. On the back of the southwestern turtle, place seven statues of hunched old women in a sheep skull, and pour the offering into a water bowl, which is the number of years of the yogi's offering. On the back of the northwestern turtle, place thirteen white-bodied, red-nosed dogs, and give them conch shell ornaments, tiger feathers, and leopard feathers, and a piece of sheep shoulder. Place four triangular tormas, and one rough arrow decorated with white iron nails. Regarding the offerings for the nine Mewa: place nine brown women in the south, one black person and one black horse in the southwest, seven red people and seven red horses in the west, six creatures with human bodies and dog heads in the northwest, one bird-headed offering in the north, four white yaks in the northeast, three blue women with braids in the east, and eight Naga kings in the southeast. In the year offering, place the heads of the twelve zodiac animals in each direction. Then, in the surrounding area outside the eight-petaled lotus, for the eight planets, place eight offerings holding flags, and for the twenty-eight constellations, place twenty-eight tormas decorated with white mustard seeds. At the end of these, according to the direction and color of the elements, place offerings equal to the number of one's age, one in each direction. Food, pieces of meat, wine, and torma herbs, all of these are arranged according to the number of years. As it is said, in the center, place a sky year with a snake tail and wings. Around the perimeter, place statues of all inauspicious omens, and soil from places where weeds grow in the house, and animal bones caused by drought, etc. Put in all bad thoughts. Except for human offerings and small tormas, the rest are made of clay. This is the vast Kongtse black magic, which is the ritual of ordinary black mantras, the preparation is complicated, and the changes are very large, (originating from) China.

All the rituals and mandalas are contained herein. Furthermore, on the base of the torma, draw nine turtles with colored powders, or draw them on paper and place them at the bottom of the torma container. Except for the year animal, all the images should be made into tsakli (small painted cards); write all the letters written in yellow above. The year animal and the effigy should be made of tsampa (roasted barley flour); it can also be drawn on paper, barley, or kogge (a type of grass), making a small shape, and then prepare it with thirteen 'dre' (a Tibetan unit of volume) of offering flour. Thus, this one that does not require clay figures is the White Kongtse Dogyur, which can be prepared by monks, geshes, and other lamas. The above two are detailed methods. The nine turtles are made on the ground; for items that are difficult to make into images and difficult to gather, draw tsakli; for images that are easy to make, make simplified clay figures, and make the torma and effigy from tsampa. This is the Variegated Kongtse, which is made by mantra practitioners. Furthermore, if the patron has limited financial resources, and the mantra practitioner does not have time to prepare and needs to finish quickly, fill a container such as a pot with grain, and then make a layer of clay on top of it. In the center, draw a large turtle with 'thuru' (a type of pen), and on top of it, draw nine lingzhi (magic squares), writing the numbers of the nine palaces such as one, two, etc., thus replacing the making of the nine palaces. Then, on its back, in the eight directions, on top of the drawn turtles, draw the hand seals of each of the eight trigrams, thus replacing the positions and images of the eight trigrams. The main deity in the center is the year animal, with a snake tail and bird wings. In front of it is an effigy one 'gang' (a Tibetan unit of length, approximately equal to a span) tall. Around these two, surround thirteen effigy tsakli. Behind it, arrange twelve zodiac clay figures made with paint. Place four protectors in the four directions, and in the four corners, place images of any inauspicious omens that may occur. On its edge, on top of the eight turtles, make images of the eight great mother goddesses. In the gaps between these, arrange eight small white tormas. Around its perimeter, surround it with five arrows and five colored threads painted with arrow patterns, colored threads, wood grain, and rainbow patterns. In the center, place a variegated sky, filled with barley and various grains, as well as the substitutes of the patron and donors, and put in many pieces of meat and fingernails, and then burn it. This is also from the Kagyu lineage ritual. Then, the Khenpo (abbot) himself visualizes himself as Manjushri Yamantaka, and recites the six-syllable mudra ritual.
