If this is given to an unworthy vessel, there will be a downfall, so it should be shown to those who have respect and to one's own disciples. By hearing this tantra, one will definitely attain Buddhahood, without doubt. Thus it was said. All phenomena arise from causes. The Tathagata has spoken of those causes. And whatever is the cessation of those causes, the great Shramana has spoken thus. And the Dharma of the essence of dependent origination, do not commit any evil, practice perfect virtue, subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddha.
