是教法。如是三藏汇集之教言偈颂读诵。于诸佛菩萨一切，以实物供养及以意幻化，非为我所拥有之，无上之供养云，全部以意念取受而供养。我与众生一切之罪业，所有之过患皆忏悔，以后何时亦不造作，愿业障亦彻底灭尽。是为忏悔之义。于一切众生作安乐之，发心善根如大海，于利益众生之事，欢喜而随喜。于一切方之诸佛，合掌而祈请，于众生痛苦黑暗中，祈请燃亮佛法之明灯。诸佛欲涅槃之际，合掌而祈请，此等有情莫舍弃，祈请住世无量劫。如是所作之无量福德，我与于我有关联之众生等，舍弃不净之身立即，为能化生于极乐净土而回向。一生起立即速疾超越十地，愿以化身于十方利益他众。顶礼三宝。达雅塔，班杂札雅阿瓦波达那耶梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། པཉྩནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा पञ्चेन्द्रिय अव बोधन ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā pañcendriya ava bodhana ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是，五根，觉悟，耶，梭哈。）器情世间，坛城，自融入，无所缘。如是祈愿成就之陀罗尼。唉玛吙！汇集经续窍诀一切之精华，仅诵一遍亦能净除一切罪障，脱离恶趣而掌握菩提道之命脉，利益广大详见其他处。如此之殊胜妙法如意宝，由喇嘛曲旺衮桑劝请，于至尊化身逝世之忌日，从氐宿月之初八开始，至次日圆满书写，所有违背错误之处皆忏悔，愿以此善根得生极乐刹土。是格隆Ra Ga A Sya所书。愿吉祥！康区上部囊谦昂冈工巧文化显密法兴洲古籍修复室整理出版。

Is the teaching. Thus, the verses of the Three Baskets of Teachings are recited. To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with offerings actually available and those created by the mind, without being possessed by anyone, the supreme clouds of offerings, I take them all with my mind and offer them. All the sinful deeds of myself and all sentient beings, whatever faults there may be, I confess and repent. May I never commit them again in the future. May the obscurations of karma be completely exhausted. This is the meaning of confession. May all sentient beings be made happy, with the ocean of virtuous roots of the mind of enlightenment, and I rejoice in the benefit of sentient beings. To the Buddhas of all directions, I prostrate with folded hands, in the darkness of suffering of sentient beings, I pray that the lamp of Dharma may be lit. When the Buddhas wish to pass into Nirvana, I prostrate with folded hands, may these beings not be abandoned, I pray that they may remain for countless eons. By the immeasurable merit of doing this, may I and all sentient beings connected to me, as soon as we abandon this impure body, be reborn in Sukhavati. As soon as we are born, may we quickly traverse the ten bhumis, and may we benefit others in the ten directions with emanations. I prostrate to the Three Jewels. Tadyatha, pañcendriya ava bodhana ye svaha. This is the dharani for the fulfillment of prayers. Emaho! The essence of all the sutras, tantras, and instructions, even if recited once, can purify all sins and obscurations, escape the lower realms and grasp the lifeline of the path to enlightenment, the extensive benefits are detailed elsewhere. This kind of precious Dharma, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, was urged by Lama Chöwang Kunsang, on the anniversary of the passing of the supreme incarnation, starting from the eighth day of the month of Thakar, and completed on the following day, I confess and repent all contradictions and errors, may this virtue lead to rebirth in the realm of great bliss.
