It is not spoken with the intention of creating sin. The meaning of the sutras spoken by the Buddha, Is summarized into concise and easy-to-understand words. May it bring great benefit to many nuns of later generations! Bhikshu RaGa Asya said. Mangalam! The key to subduing the three poisons of afflictions is as the Buddha taught. Sanskrit Romanization: Namo Lokeśvarāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Lord of the World). The Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidharma Pitakas, Are spoken to subdue the three poisons. The Sutra Pitaka is spoken to subdue anger, This is its practice. Generating anger leads to rebirth in hell, Therefore, anger should be abandoned. The one who cuts off anger is sentient beings, There is not a single sentient being who is not, The parents of many lifetimes. Why be angry with them? They cause harm to me because they do not understand that reason, It is not right to knowingly commit it oneself. Anger is a male demon, a local spirit, They are deluded by that demon. Why blame a madman? To accomplish complete perfect enlightenment, The perfection of patience is needed. If there is no one to cause harm, There is no opportunity to practice patience. The great scholar Atiśa, When he came to Tibet, from India, Brought a dirty Acharya, To train in patience with anger. He said that practicing patience in Tibet, He feared that he would not find an object. Likewise, for those who speak harsh words, Slander, etc., practice patience. Patience is the best asceticism. Moreover, it should be practiced from a small scale, So that it can gradually be practiced on a larger scale. People who live together, nuns, etc., Speak harsh words, even if oneself, Evil thoughts arise in the mind, Do not utter harsh words to them, Practicing patience will gain merit. When anger arises in the mind, Look directly at that angry mind. It has no substance and disappears into emptiness. That is mirror-like wisdom. There is no better key instruction than that. When anger arises in the mind, The barking of dogs and shouts, The sounds of foxes and crows cause disturbance, Displeasure and hatred arise towards this. At that time, observe the nature of the mind. As the ear hears that sound, The nature of that sound appears as emptiness. Sound-emptiness is the Great Seal. When the darkness of night falls, In that place where there is a cemetery below, In a new solitary retreat without companions, Fear arises towards gods and demons, etc. A whirlwind blows the mountain

The sounds of running, etc., even if you hear the subtle and chaotic noises, you think it's a ghost and feel fear and dread. At that time, look at the mind of the fearful person, the deity is also the mind, the ghost is also the mind, the mind has no shape or color, you can't see it even if you look, just leave it as it is, it's the best way to bring out the essence. In general, may all sentient beings, mainly gods, ghosts, and local deities, always possess immeasurable happiness and well-being. May the source of all happiness and well-being be the practice of the ten virtues. May all, without partiality or limitation, be happy and well. Think of it that way from the depths of your heart. That is the best way to protect the samadhi of boundless love. It is the supreme armor of love, possessing eight great benefits. It is a profound chapter on subduing hatred. In general, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha spoke of the means of taming in order to destroy desire. The practice to be cultivated is this: a man who is handsome and well-dressed, when you see such a man, desire arises. At that time, think like this: even if this person's skin is white, the upper body is full of blood and pus, the lower body is full of urine and feces, twenty-one thousand kinds of worms fill the body, like an ant nest. Like a dog or tiger covered with silk, even if the clothes and food are good, there is no good meaning. Your own body is also like that. Thinking like that, desire will subside. It is the samadhi of contemplating impurity. Whether a man is beautiful or not, for that person of past karma, the mind is stolen and desire arises. Alas, even though he is young now, this is impermanent, quickly cultivate. When he is old, his face will be filled with wrinkles, his waist will be bent, and his steps will be faltering. Then he will die, and this body will also become a corpse, rotting and stinking, and worms will be crawling all over it. Your own body is also like that. Thinking about it, desire will subside. It is the samadhi of cultivating impermanence. The corpse is eaten by vultures, the skeleton and bones are all scattered. Meditate that it is right in front of you. The eyes, tongue, and nose have been dug out by birds, red and bare. The row of teeth is white and sparse. It smells bad, and flies are buzzing around. Meditate on thinking about those things in your mind. Man, even in a young body, inside there is such a skeleton. Your own body is also like that, except for whether there is skin or not, it is a skeleton.
