Oh! The light shines on the lotus moon, Its crown is stacked high, All the lineage lamas are like pearls strung on a thread. Furthermore, all the accomplished ones of China and Tibet fill the sky like gathering clouds. To avert untimely death and so on, we offer the Mani Four-Seat Prayer. All the retinue dissolve into light into the lama, the lama dissolves into light into oneself. Thereafter, without thinking of anything, straighten the body and look at the mind. There is nothing to see in terms of form or color. That which is not seen is the best of seeing. Emptiness itself is seeing. Relax and look in the state of not seeing, like the empty space where there is nothing. It is not that there is no memory, but it wanders everywhere and remembers everything. That is named 'movement'. Although there is much movement, there is no evil. Although there are many waves, they are still water. Although there is much movement, it is still the mind itself. Sometimes it does not move and remains still. That is named 'abiding'. There is no good or bad in abiding or moving. Whatever is done, awareness is called awareness. Whether it abides or moves, awareness is enough. If looking for a long time does not become clear, look for a short time and look many times. This is the essential instruction on how to cultivate. If you are too tight, the distraction will be great. Relax the body and mind just enough not to be distracted. If you are too relaxed, you will forget. Do not forget, remember again and again. The difference between meditating and not meditating is only the difference between being distracted and not being distracted. The difference between recognizing the nature of mind and not recognizing it is only the difference between looking outward and looking inward. Direct your own mind to your own looking. Looking outward, you place expectations on others one by one. This is a sign of not recognizing the nature of mind. Looking inward, look at your own mind with your own awareness. Without distraction, erect the wall of mindfulness. This meditation without a target is the practice of cultivating the nature of mind. Since your own mind is within yourself, what is the use of searching for it elsewhere? It is enough to protect it. There is nothing that you do not know in it. It is enough just not to forget. What difficulty is there in that? Among all the new and old Bon and Dharma teachings, there is nothing superior to this. If you do not meditate on this, what will you meditate on? Even if you protect it for a moment, you can purify the obscurations of a thousand eons. The darkness accumulated over eons is like a lamp that can illuminate. All dharmas are gathered in this, like a hundred rivers flowing under a bridge. Compared to the difficulty of accumulating, and accomplishing vast merit, protecting the nature of mind for a moment is superior. Do not protect the nature of mind for a moment.

Even if you do great virtuous deeds, even if you obtain the happiness of gods and humans, you cannot be liberated from samsara. Therefore, if you want to attain liberation, you should protect your own mind and realize the Dharmakaya. You should also often advise other virtuous women. If you do not find a convenient way to practice, it is like a heretic doing a retreat. Therefore, the new Sangha should not be distracted, and accomplish the Dharma with pure faith. These two Jomo (nuns) will stay here from planting to harvesting this time, and they will surely generate good realization. Do not be distracted this time, and keep it in your heart. Immediately, Ra Ga A Syas said these words. This is given to the two nieces, Gza' Dge Ma. A small portion of the mountain Dharma that benefits the Jomos. Namo Guru Hasya Vajra Ye. When residing in a mountain retreat, if you sleep under a pillar, it is said to shorten your life, so do not sleep there. The tip of the pillar and the corner of the wall, if used as a sleeping place, it is said to cause many diseases. Do not turn the eating bowl upside down. Do not use shoes and wooden bowls as pillows. Do not point the head of the pillow towards the entrance of the valley. If half of the body is under the cover and half of the body is exposed to the sky, you will be affected by the planets, so do not do that. On the ground under the sleeping place, draw a white lotus flower on a wooden board, with a Yungdrung (གཡུང་དྲུང་, देवनागरी: युंगड्रुंग, IAST: yuṃḍruṃg, meaning: eternity) swirling to the right. This represents the auspiciousness of the residence. Draw four auspicious knots on its four corners, which will make the mind happy. The cushion that is laid on top of it, except when leaving, should not be dusted or knocked, you must leave. Even if it is not a strict retreat, pile up a white stone at the door, and stacking it will prevent obstacles. If you leave, you must knock down the stone when you return. When burning wood, put the tip into the fire. Do not burn it from beginning to end. If you drink a small amount of water and feel unwell, covering the lid will make you feel better. If you want to drink clear water, do not cover the lid, and scoop it up with a spoon. If you sleep too much and your meditation does not increase, sleeping with your head down will make you thin. If you feel cold and cannot fall asleep, sleeping with your head up will make you feel warm and fall asleep. If you cannot sit still and want to leave, the black dot in the center of your heart chakra, like the largest black pill, majestic like an iron egg, connected to the white heart-like, connected to the white heart-like. Go down and exit from the lower door. Go down to the bottom of the nine levels of the earth. Connected to the white heart-like, connected to the white heart-like. At the bottom of the earth, that heavy black dot.
