The way of Sutra: Whenever the five poisons arise in the mind, purify them into emptiness with the mantra of Svabhava Transform hatred into Vajrasattva, pride into Ratnasambhava, desire into Amitabha, jealousy into Amoghasiddhi, and ignorance into Vairochana, visualizing them clearly in the body. From that, radiate light, purifying the five poisons of beings. Cut off the birth gate that gives rise to the five realms. Gather back, dissolve the light, and meditate on emptiness without objectification. From this life until all lifetimes, may all beings who see, hear, and remember me have their obscurations of the five poisons purified and cleansed. When I attain perfect enlightenment, may that realm be completely free from the name of the five poisons. Contemplate this in your mind or recite it with your voice. In essence, the outer world is inherently a celestial palace, and all sentient beings within are Yidam deities. Since it is inherently so, clarify it, and ignorance will subside. Ordinary desire does not arise as a Yidam deity. A Yidam deity has no anger or harsh words. All are equal as deities; who is high and who is low? Does a Yidam deity have arrogance or jealousy? Knowing this, the five poisons will naturally cease. This is the practice of the generation stage, called the path of transforming the five poisons. The five vows of not abandoning secret mantra: desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, these five should not be abandoned. There is no wisdom separate from abandoning the five poisons. Abandoning the five poisons is the path of the Hinayana Shravakas. Following the five poisons is the way of ordinary people. Engaging in the confusion of the five poisons is the work of demons. Looking at the nature of the five poisons is the five wisdoms. Hatred is the mirror-like wisdom of Vajrasattva. Pride is the wisdom of equanimity of Ratnasambhava. Desire is the discriminating wisdom of Amitabha. Jealousy is the accomplishing wisdom of Amoghasiddhi. Ignorance is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu nature of Vairochana. Do not abandon the five poisons, but look at their own nature. If they are purified in their own place without being abandoned, they are the five wisdoms. The intention of the five Buddhas is spontaneously accomplished. This is the practice of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. One medicine for a hundred diseases, just looking at the nature is enough. For the superior, destroy it as soon as it arises. For example, like extinguishing a spark in the grass. For the intermediate, look intently when the actual thing arises. Self-pacifying, self-liberating, like water and water waves. For the inferior, do not follow after the thought that arises. For example, like a madman regaining his memory. This is the most effective and easy practice.

I also think of practicing a little, and entrust that practice to diligence like the ocean. Then, the path of not abandoning the five poisons should be kept secret from those who are not ordinary vessels and have wrong views. Whether one can or cannot do it, one should measure one's own ability. It is not something that ordinary people can practice; this requires high realization with ability. The method of pacifying ignorance with ignorance itself: in a clean and secluded place, one should be cautious about wealth, food, and shadows. Bathe and burn incense, do not look face to face with people, turn the wheel of the gathering, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra. During the day, take a short rest and do not sleep, protect sleep. Make the body tired by prostrations and circumambulations. On a comfortable bed, lie down in the lion's posture. Clearly visualize oneself as the deity, in the heart, in the center of the four-petaled lotus, is a white Om In the east, blue A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), in the south, yellow Nu (藏文:ནུ,梵文天城体:नु,梵文罗马拟音:nu,汉语字面意思:Nu), in the west, red Ta (藏文:ཏ,梵文天城体:त,梵文罗马拟音:ta,汉语字面意思:Ta), in the north, green Ra (藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:Ra) are visualized. Then, sleep with great concentration, and focus on the four letters in order. When falling asleep, focus the mind on the central Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), without distraction, sleep without separating the mind from its nature. When sleeping, the eight consciousnesses do not appear, they are gathered into one. When entering the central channel for a moment, clear light appears. On that very essence, rest in equanimity. Recognize the clear light, and remember that both inside and outside are clear. This is the recognition of thin clear light. Until falling asleep, remain in the state of practice. After falling asleep, there is no memory, and there are few dreams. As soon as you wake up, stay in the nature of the mind. The mind is happy, the body and mind are at ease, and the skin color of the body is white. Although one does not know whether one has realized clear light or not, Dags po (Dags po, a person's name) said that it is the realization of thick clear light. This is the instruction of the path of ignorance. The path of desire, the four mudras, namely, the action mudra, the consort with characteristics, not one who has attained the ground and can show miracles, if one relies on one who has taken the Vinaya vows, it is the cause of falling into the lower realms. If one has not taken the Vinaya vows, but can work with the channels and winds, then one should rely on a householder Vajra holder, like the treasure revealers and the Sakya bloodline. The Samaya mudra is fierce fire (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:fierce fire), by meditating, the heat blazes and the Bodhicitta increases and transforms, when desire arises, fierce fire (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:fierce fire) at the time of desire, at that time, seal with emptiness, unite bliss and emptiness. Protect the bindu without loss, like life. This is the tradition of the Dags po Kagyu. The mind-wisdom wisdom mudra is the visualization of the union of the deity parents.
