Etc. Although there are Skab demons, they are not very violent. Previously, for Hayagriva and other deities, through recitation and practice, the Skab demons were suppressed according to the scriptures. This is to eliminate the obstacles of the Skab demons. If one is a great accomplished one, from the beginning of entering practice, the method of expelling wanderers should be done according to the ritual of the great accomplished ones. Even if one is not a great accomplished one, but experiences bad dreams, it is best to invoke Kuntuzangmo (All-Good Queen). This is the Nyingma method of eliminating obstacles. For the New Schools, there are also corresponding ones, with different names but the same meaning, demons that harm all practitioners, which are often mentioned in the Supreme Wisdom Tantra. Although the methods of subduing them separately are explained in detail, to put it simply, an easy-to-grasp method is: after entering practice, when the sun is just rising, face the sun, put your palms together, and say: I will practice a powerful mantra, may you demons be happy. After saying this, the demons will gather there. Then, remember the Ambrosia Vortex, and recite: Om Amrite Hum Phat (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ओम् अमृते हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ amṛte hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:嗡,甘露,吽,啪) about seven times, then show a wrathful expression, stomp your feet and say: If you want to stay, stay, don't move! After saying this, fill your palm with clean water, recite the mantra seven times, and sprinkle it to the east, do this occasionally. Before the practice is completed, the demons will be bound. It is said that after the practice is completed, it needs to be released with the mind. For flowers, incense, and lamps, because each has its own demons, even if offered, the gods will not be pleased. When offering flowers, recite the mantra and offer them. For incense residue, etc., whatever incense there is, if there is no pottery pot, put it in a tile. Light the fire, recite the mantra on the oil with your left hand, burn incense, and subdue it by blowing air with your mouth. Make one or two small lamps, one inverted on top of the other, the small one head down. Recite the mantra on mustard seeds with your right hand, and sprinkle them on it. Throw the small lamp head down. This will eliminate the obstacle of the lamp. These are not always necessary, doing it once at the beginning of practice is enough. When placing offerings regularly, dedicate one offering to the Wrathful One, Ambrosia Vortex. If it is a good acacia tree, if not, use a strong tree. Tie mustard seeds around the neck of a four-finger-long peg. Mix a little mustard seed in soil or sand. Dig out the peg and sand together and place it. That

In actual experiences or dreams such as corpses, Showing ugly images, foul smells, unpleasant sounds, Being tormented by phurbas in any place, etc., Dispersing those obstacles by scattering sand blessed with mantras. Sitting on the bed, holding the breath and reciting mantras, Then standing up, when taking a step, That which is called "the essence of the earth's evil influence," rises from the ground and touches the body. The merit and virtue accumulated over eons, And the power of reciting mantras become ineffective. Three things: butter residue, white incense, and white butter, While reciting mantras, fumigate clothes and body. In this way, evil influences are dispelled, and obstacles are eliminated. The mantras for all of these are as mentioned above. It is said to be a commentary on the accumulation of nectar. These are the obstacle removals for the generation stage, recitation, and accomplishment. Next is the general obstacle removal for retreat practice: Does the face of a person outside or behind look outward? Or is the body seen by others? Wash the face with blessed water recited with the "Sme brtsegs" mantra, In this way, minor obstacles of being affected by facial shadows are eliminated. If blessings and instructions for the retreat place are needed, Recite the "Sme brtsegs" mantra over gugul incense, etc., Place one's own mantra rosary, etc., on the incense. In this way, contact shadows and all obstacles are eliminated. Shadows of food and offerings from sinful people, etc., When dullness and dimness arise due to shadows, Generate Vajrasattva in a vase and recite mantras, with the vase water, Perform the five-limb ablution and drink it. Next is the obstacle removal for the path of skillful means meditation: If life is poor and one strives too hard in tummo practice, The body becomes exhausted and the physical condition is very poor, Cover one's own crown with the left hand, Visualize that as a full moon mandala, In the center of that, a white "Paṃ" (Tibetan: པཾ,Devanagari: पं,IAST: paṃ, Meaning: Paṃ) syllable facing downwards, From that, nectar like milk descends, Entering from the Brahma aperture, filling the body inside. With clear visualization, hold the vase slightly, By doing this from time to time, physical strength will increase, It will eliminate diseases and become the supreme method for accomplishing longevity. This is the obstacle removal for weak physical strength. If the physical condition is good and the bindus Increase greatly, Bindus will involuntarily leak out, From the tip of the secret place, all the bindus, Like shooting stars, dissolve into the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,IAST: hūṃ, Meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at the crown of the head, Accompanied by a long "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,IAST: hūṃ, Meaning: Hūṃ) sound, raise the breath upwards, Press the abdomen against the back, touch the palate with the tongue, Fix both eyes on the sky and count "Hriḥ" (Tibetan: ཧྲི,Devanagari: ह्री,IAST: hrī, Meaning: Hriḥ).
