If realized, then realized in the Bardo. In the initial dream, by meditating on the Yidam deity, that itself becomes the actual self, and many gods and dakinis pay homage, and with the assembly of Vidyadharas, Yidams, and dakinis, seeing oneself as inseparable and one with them, and those ones speaking Dharma and bestowing empowerments, and teaching the secret Dharma through symbolic gestures, and the assemblies of Chinese and Tibetan Vidyadharas, Yidams, and Dharma protectors, various ones whether related to oneself or not, repeatedly meeting face to face and showing instructions, etc., are signs of whatever Yidam one is practicing, because all Buddhas are of one wisdom. There is no need to abandon oneself and seek that other. Those are signs of accomplishment in the generation stage. Then, the yogi who meditates on the path of means, the body is cut and broken as if being beaten, when transforming desire, tummo, suffering, and illusion, knowing that as a sign, generate diligence. Easy to digest, difficult to satiate, warmth slightly blazing, mostly suffering from stomach ailments and other chronic diseases, are signs of the prana and tummo going to the essential points. Even if the outer body becomes cold, the mind does not feel cold due to the appearance of warmth. Warmth arises from the outside or arises from the inside. Arising like bubbles, etc., are differences in the types of nadis. One should not wear woolen clothes, it is said that if one wears them, one will not know whether warmth arises or not. Warmth is the stage of arising, and clothes should become thinner and thinner. It is said that getting used to thin clothes is the key. If one wears only cotton clothes for three years, there is a tradition of being counted among the ranks of realized ones. If one does not practice the contemplation of prana and trulkhor, the body becomes cold like a stone, and as soon as one practices, warmth immediately blazes, that is the time for practicing tummo. Even if one practices contemplation, it does not become particularly warm, and if one places the practice on the face of the mind, even if one wears only cotton clothes in the middle of winter, one does not feel cold, I wonder if that is the ultimate and supreme tummo. That is the time of tummo warmth, and the power of warmth is a sign of the increase of bindus. Even if one is attached to food, the body is still good, and the radiance of the body increases and desire blazes. When that is mixed with realization, bliss and emptiness are mixed. If realization does not subdue, it is a time of breaking vows. If realization subdues and one is able to cultivate practice, it is a sign that the three, nadis, bindus, and prana, are brought under control. Gods and demons.

The three robes, people, wealth, and food are gathered. It is said that supreme accomplishments will be quickly attained. When the breath is constantly held without interruption, All the benefits for oneself and others are known through the signs of the breath. As soon as good or bad intentions arise, Or whether one's own affairs will succeed or not. As soon as one remembers to examine good or bad actions, If the breath flows from the right, it is bad, If it flows from the left, it is extremely good. If it flows equally, it is mediocre and cannot be decided. If it meets with inhalation, it is extremely good, If it meets with exhalation, it is extremely bad, If it meets with dwelling inside, it is mediocre and undecided. If it flows from the right and exhales, it is definitely bad. If it flows to the left and inhales, it is definitely good. If it flows equally and dwells inside, it cannot be decided. If it flows to the right and enters, it is a mixture of good and bad, If it flows to the left and exhales, it is also a mixture of good and bad. A mixture of good and bad is only rectified by rituals, Those that cannot be decided are deceived by rituals. Thus, for those virtuous ones who have realization, The examination of breath signs is according to the Ü-Tsang tradition. It is said that it is not applicable to those who do not constantly hold the breath. When one is going in a certain direction, etc., At the moment when the first step is taken, If the breath sign is bad, one should not go and postpone it, If it is good, it is a sign of success without obstacles. Thereafter, the instructions on the completion stage are a sign of meditation, Remembering impermanence and death again and again. No matter how important the affairs of this life are, If one understands the importance of practice and accomplishment, It is a sign of meditating on death and impermanence. Keeping the vows and commitments well, At all times in listening, thinking, and meditating, If something arises that must be done other than Dharma, It is a sign of meditating on the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity. If a powerful person threatens with an unavoidable situation, Or a wealthy person gives a great reward, Even if one is in a difficult situation where it is unavoidable, If one does not abandon the four root downfalls, It is a sign of meditating on the stages of cause and effect. Whatever one does has not gone onto the path, Even though one's mind is devoted to the Dharma, Even if one is tormented by inauspiciousness, illness, evil spirits, and enemies, One does not generate wrong views towards the Three Jewels and deities, Whatever you do, you know, and still entrust your mind, It is a sign of meditating on the stages of refuge. Without having committed even a speck of wrongdoing, Even if others slander, offer great rewards, or risk your life, Whenever one places that in the position of the Buddha, Birth
