The joyful father is the Lord of the Assembly, Jowo Tsokyi Dag; the seven brothers named Tsen, Göd, and Rolpa; and the retinues of servants and messengers, such as the Eight Classes. Tonight, may you all increase your power and strength, and may all obstacles, such as those arising from past karma and immediate circumstances, that hinder the path to enlightenment for us yogis and our retinues, be pacified. Great Dakini, blue-faced and beautiful, and White Tsokdag, who performs peaceful actions, may you all increase your power and strength today, and may the four hundred and four types of diseases be pacified, and may the harm of the eighty thousand obstacles be averted for us yogis and our retinues. Avert curses, hexes, evil mantras, and maledictions. May the eight fears and conflicts be eliminated. Avert the fears of demons and Yama that obstruct the path to life and liberation. Purify the sins of karma and afflictions, and the suffering of our samsara. Great Dakini, unwavering and wise, Yellow Tsokdag and Tsokdag Monkey Skull, may you all increase your power and strength today, and may we yogis and our retinues have long life, freedom from illness, happiness, and perfect abundance. Devour, cut, intoxicate, and confuse. Crush, destroy, and make them disappear without a trace. Suck, drink, and enjoy the flesh and blood of the feast. Liberate the oath-breakers and enemies to the other shore. May the Buddha's teachings flourish and increase, may the activities of the upholders of the teachings increase, and may the kingdom be peaceful.

The benefits and necessity of this practice are: The root of all achievements, originating from the lineage of Heruka, the nature of profound generation stage, the glorious Lord of Hosts, the Great Compassionate One, with great compassion protects the poor. As the King of Wealth Gods, is the Lord of granting achievements. Manifesting according to the beings to be tamed, the great Lord of Hosts, if one practices his supreme achievement, one will possess supreme power, and enjoy wish-fulfilling increase. The God of Gods who benefits the world, whichever one you worship, you will attain achievements. With the Chakravartin of the Gods, in this life you will share equal fortune, and gain great merit. Enjoyment will be equal to the Gods, and life will also be supremely long, able to freely command humans and other beings. Therefore, offering tormas continuously on the sixteenth of each month, reciting the near-heart mantra and reciting one hundred and eight times six times a day, performing supplication, offering, and praise, one can fulfill all wishes and accomplish all thoughts. Reciting one time of Heruka in front of the Buddha image, offering incense and lamps, from now on, one cannot do evil, it is the best ritual.
