པ་རྣམས་ཐོ་བས་བརྡུང་ངོ། །སྐབས་སུ་ཐན་སྔགས་ཡང་བཟླའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་བཀུག་གཞུག་ལན་གསུམ་བྱས་ལ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རླབས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ལས་སྦྱོར་མ་བྱས་ན་བསྙེན་སྔགས་མཐར། ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི། ཞེས་བཏགས། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་གཏོར་མའི་སྣོད་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བའི་ནང་དུ་བི་མི་མ་ར་ཤུ་ལས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ། ན་གོ་ཀུ་ དྷ་ཧ་ལས་ཤ་ལྔ། ས་བོན་དེ་དག་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་པས་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཕོག་ཡི་དམ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ངོ་བོའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་བབས་། ས་བོན་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ས་བོན་བཅུ་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་དམ་ཚིག་གི་བདུད་རྩི་དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། ལན་གསུམ། མཆོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་གཏོར་མ་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདི་བསྔོ་ཞིང་འབུལ་བའི་གནས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་འདི། བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བར་གྱུར་པ་རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་བླ་མ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྩ་རྒྱུད་སྡེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཡི་དམ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བར་གྱུར་པ་མ་མགོན་བསྟན་སྲུང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་རྩ་བར་གྱུར་པ་མ་གནས་གསུམ་སྐྱོང་བའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བ་བཞི་བཅུའི་ཤན་པ་རིག་འཛིན་གྱི་བཀའ་སྡོད་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ་མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ ཅིག །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་དམ་ཅན་སྐྱེས་བུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལེགས་པ། མགར་བ་ནག་པོ། སྐུ་མཆེད་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ། གསང་ཡུམ་བརྟན་མ་བཅུ་གཉིས། ལས་བྱེད་གིང་ཆེན་སྡེ་བཞི། །ཕོ་ཉ་ཨ་ཙ་ར་དཀར་ནག་ཁྲ་གསུམ། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ལྕགས་སྤྱང་སྔོན་པོ་སོགས། ཟ་བྱེད་གཅན་གཟན་གྱི་དམག་ཚོགས་དམ་ཅན་སྐྱེས་བུ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་འབུལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །ཐུགས་མཉེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བསམ་པ་སྒྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དམ་ཚིག་གཉན་པོ་འདྲེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྐྱེན་དང་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ལྟར་མཆོད་པའི་མཐུས། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་རྟེན་འདི་ལ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །ཀྱེ་ཧོ། གསོན་དང་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ནི། ཤག་འདེབས་སམ་ཤག་ཟས་ལ་གཏོར་མ་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །མནའ་བོར་རོ། །མནའ་ཟས་ལ་བདུད་རྩི་འབུལ་ལོ། །སྒྲུབ་པའི་གྲོགས་བྱེད་དམ།

From Om Ah Hum, in the vast and expansive vessel of the torma that arises, from bi mi ma ra shu, the five nectars arise; from na go ku dha ha, the five meats arise. From these seed syllables, rays of light emanate and strike the hearts of all Herukas. From the heart of the essence of the yidam Heruka, the nectar of wisdom descends. By dissolving into the seed syllables, the ten seed syllables dissolve into light, and the nectar of wisdom, inseparable from the samaya nectar, becomes a great ocean. Om Ah Hum. Three times. This torma, the ocean of nectar of offering and sacrifice, may it be dedicated and offered to the ocean of vidyadharas and accomplished masters, the root of blessings. May you be pleased! I offer and pay homage to the mandala of the root lineage of accomplishments, the ocean of yidams. May you be pleased! I offer and pay homage to the ocean of Mahakala protectors, the root of activities. May you be pleased! I offer and pay homage to the ocean of dakinis who protect the three abodes, the root of auspicious connections. May you be pleased! I offer and pay homage to the oath-bound ocean of the forty butchers, the vidyadharas' command attendants, the root of power and strength. May you be pleased! In particular, to the oath-bound being Dorje Lekpa, the Black Artisan, the three hundred and sixty brothers, the twelve secret consorts, the four classes of messengers, the three kinds of messengers (white, black, and variegated), the emanations of body, speech, and mind, and the emanated iron wolf, blue dog, etc., and the army of flesh-eating beasts, I offer and pay homage to all the oath-bound beings and their retinues. May you be pleased! May aspirations be accomplished! May the sacred oath be intertwined! May all obstacles and hindrances be pacified! By the power of such offerings, I invite the supports of body, speech, and mind to abide here. Kye ho! To you, sentient beings and great heroes, I offer the torma as a dwelling or dwelling food. I renounce the oath! I offer nectar as oath food! Will you be a companion in accomplishment?
