ས་གཟིགས། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་པོ་ཤ་སྟག་ གྱུར། །དེ་བཞིན་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་མགྲིན་པའི་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དྲག་འཁོར་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་འཕྲོས། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་འདོད་ཆགས་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་པདྨ་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་ཤ་སྟག་གྱུར། །དེ་བཞིན་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དྲག་འཁོར་འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་ཀ་འཕྲོས། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཞེ་སྡང་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། །ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྐུ་མདོག་མཐིང་ཀ་ཤ་སྟག་གྱུར། །དེ་ནས་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ལྟེ་བའི་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དྲག་འཁོར་འོད་ཟེར་གསེར་མདོག་འཕྲོས། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། །ཐམས་ཅད་རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་གསེར་མདོག་ཤ་སྟག་སྐུ་རུ་གྱུར། །ཡང་ནི་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་གསང་གནས་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དྲག་འཁོར་འོད་ཟེར་ལྗང་གུ་འཕྲོས། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཕྲག་དོག་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས། །ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལྗང་གུའི་སྐུ་རུ་གྱུར། །དེ་ལྟར་འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་། །སོ་སོའི་དུག་ལྔ་གང་ཆེ་དེ་སྦྱངས་པས། ། སྦྱངས་འབྲས་རིགས་ལྔ་སོ་སོའི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །དམྱལ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི་དྭགས་པདྨའི་རིགས། །དུད་འགྲོ་བདེ་གཤེགས་ལྷ་མིན་ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས། །ལྷ་མི་རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །དེ་ལྟར་རིགས་དྲུག་འཁོར་བ་དོང་སྤྲུགས་ནས། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་རང་གི་རམ་བུ་བཀྱག་པའི་ཚུལ། །སྔགས་སྒྲ་འུར་ཆོམ་འབྲུག་སྟོང་དུས་གཅིག་བཞིན། །ནམ་མཁའི་མཐར་ཐུག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲས་ཁྱབ་པས། །འགྲོ་བ་རིགས་དྲུག་ལུས་ཀྱང་མ་བླངས་པའི། །ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་འཁྱམ་པོའི་ཚོགས། །དེ་དག་ཀུན་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་བག་ཆགས་དག །ཀུན་ཀྱང་འཕགས་པའི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པར་བསྒོམ། །དེ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དམིགས་པ་ཡིན། །སྔགས་རིང་ཧ་རི་ནི་སའི་མཇུག་དེ་རུ། །རི་ནི་ཧ་ས། ནི་རི་ཧ་ས། ས་ནི་རི་ཧ། །ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྦྱར་བཟླས་རྟགས་མྱུར་ཟབ། དམིགས་པ་དེ་རྣམས་ཐུན་རེ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ། །ཐུན་མགོར་བདག་མདུན་ཚོར་རེ་འདོན་པ་དང་། །ཐུན་མཇུག་གཏོར་བསྔོས་ཐུན་བསྡུ་བསྔོ་སྨོན་བྱ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཞག་པོ་དྲུག་ལས་མི་ཉུང་བསྒྲུབ། །ཞག་བདུན་ཉིན་པར་སྔ་དྲོའི་ཐུན་ལ་ནི། །གོང་ལྟར་བདག་མདུན་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་འཁོར་བ་ཡི། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་སྤྱི་བོའི་སྔགས་ འཁོར་དྲག་འཁོར་བས།

地观。 父母身色纯白色。 如是前方生起喉间的父母。 咒鬘猛烈旋转，红色光芒四射。 净化一切众生的贪欲之障。 一切皆为莲花部的观世音。 父母身色纯红色。 如是前方生起心间的父母。 咒鬘猛烈旋转，蓝色光芒四射。 净化一切众生的嗔恨之障。 一切皆为金刚部的观世音。 父母身色纯蓝色。 其后前方生起脐间的父母。 咒鬘猛烈旋转，金色光芒四射。 净化一切众生的傲慢之障。 一切皆为宝生部的观世音。 父母金色身相显现。 又前方生起密处的父母。 咒鬘猛烈旋转，绿色光芒四射。 净化一切众生的嫉妒之障。 一切皆为事业部的观世音。 一切父母皆为绿色身相。 如是所有众生有情。 各自五毒何者为重即净化之。 净化之果，五部各自的观世音。 地狱金刚部，饿鬼莲花部。 畜生如来部，非天事业部。 天人宝生部的观世音。 如是六道轮回彻底清净后。 一切皆如自身举起旗帜之状。 咒音轰鸣如千龙一时齐鸣。 直至虚空边际，咒音遍布。 六道众生未取身躯的。 充满虚空的游荡神识之众。 彼等一切二障习气清净。 一切皆观想获得圣者果位。 此乃大成就之所缘。 长咒哈日尼萨的结尾处。 日尼哈萨，尼日哈萨，萨尼日哈。 吽 帕 梭哈。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：हुँ फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：吽 啪 梭哈。）结合念诵，迅速深刻。 彼等所缘每座圆满。 座初念诵自前仪轨。 座末朵玛供养，收座回向发愿。 如是至少修持六日。 七日白天早晨的座上。 如前自前咒鬘旋转的。 前方生起顶上的咒 轮猛烈旋转。

Earth View. The father and mother's bodies are pure white. Likewise, the father and mother of the throat are generated in front. The mantra garland spins fiercely, radiating red light. Purifying the obscurations of desire of all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Padma family. The father and mother's bodies are pure red. Likewise, the father and mother of the heart are generated in front. The mantra garland spins fiercely, radiating blue light. Purifying the obscurations of hatred of all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Vajra family. The father and mother's bodies are pure blue. Then, the father and mother of the navel are generated in front. The mantra garland spins fiercely, radiating golden light. Purifying the obscurations of pride of all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Ratna family. The father and mother appear as golden bodies. Also, the father and mother of the secret place are generated in front. The mantra garland spins fiercely, radiating green light. Purifying the obscurations of jealousy of all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Karma family. All fathers and mothers are green bodies. Thus, all sentient beings, Whichever of the five poisons is strongest, purify it. The result of purification is the Avalokiteśvara of each of the five families. Hell is the Vajra family, hungry ghosts are the Padma family. Animals are the Tathagata family, Asuras are the Karma family. Humans are the Avalokiteśvara of the Ratna family. Thus, after the six realms of samsara are completely purified, All are like raising their own banners. The sound of mantras roars like a thousand dragons roaring at once. Reaching the end of the sky, the sound of mantras pervades. The assembly of wandering consciousnesses of the six realms of beings who have not taken bodies, May all their two obscurations and habitual tendencies be purified. May all be visualized as attaining the state of noble beings. This is the object of great accomplishment. The long mantra Ha Ri Ni Sa at the end, Ri Ni Ha Sa, Ni Ri Ha Sa, Sa Ni Ri Ha. ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Hum Phat Svaha) Combine and recite, quickly and deeply. Complete each session with those objects. At the beginning of the session, recite the self-generation ritual. At the end of the session, offer the torma, conclude the session, dedicate and make aspirations. Thus, practice for no less than six days. On the seventh day, in the morning session, As before, the mantra garland of self-generation spins. The mantra wheel on the crown of the head generated in front spins fiercely.
