།འདི་ལ་སྤྲོ་བསྡུས་བཟླས་པའམ། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཟླས་པ་གང་རུང་གིས། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ལ་ལེགས་བསྟིམས་ནས། །ཞེས་གསུངས། དེ་བཞིན་ཞལ་གདམས་ཡི་གེ་ལས། །རྩ་གསུམ་འཁོར་ལོ་ལྔ་གསལ་གདབ། །ཅེས་སོགས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གསུངས་པའི་དོན་ཡིན་སྤྱི་ནོ། །འདི་ནི་ལུང་འདྲེན་སྤངས་ཏེ་གོ་བདེ་བར། །ཐབས་མཁས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་གཤེགས་པའི་དགོངས་རྫོགས་ལ་དམིགས་ཏེ། །ལུག་ལོ་ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་ཚེས་དགུ་ཡི། །སྔ་དྲོའི་ཆ་ལ་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ་ཡིས། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྨྲས་བཞིན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཞེས་བྱས་བྲིས། །འདི་ལ་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉེས་པའི་ཆ་མཆིས་ན། །ལྷ་དགུའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་སྲུང་མར་བཅས་ལ་བཤགས། །འདི་བྲིས་རབ་དཀར་དགེ་བ་གང་མཆིས་དེས། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཆེན་པོའི་དགོངས་པ་རྫོགས་པ་དང་། །འདི་ཉིད་མཐོང་ཐོས་འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །ཚེ་ གཅིག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། དགེའོ། །དགེའོ། །དགེའོ།། །། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས།། དཔལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཆོ་གའི་ཟིན་བྲིས་རབ་གསལ་ཐར་བའི་ལམ་ཆེན་ལས། ལྷ་དགུའི་གསང་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཟིན་བྲིས།

如是说，于此以息增怀诛四法念诵，或金刚念诵任何一种，将前生善妙融入后，如是说。同样，在口诀书中，明观三根本五轮等，此乃广说之义，总的来说。此乃舍弃引用，为了易于理解，由善巧究竟二者劝请之故，为了圆满化身逝世之意，在羊年萨嘎月九日，早晨时分，由Ra Ga A Si Ya，如其所说般书写了名为究竟。此中若有抵触错谬之处，向九尊神众及护法忏悔。书写此篇所生一切善，愿大化身之意得以圆满，愿见闻触及此者一切众生，一生成就大悲尊之身。萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Sarva Mangalam，सर्व मङ्गलम्，一切吉祥）。善哉！善哉！善哉！康区上部囊谦（今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈工巧文化显密法增洲古籍修复室整理出版。 吉祥世间自在仪轨明晰解脱道大论中，九尊神秘密修持之记录。

It is said, "Here, with pacifying, increasing, subjugating, or wrathful mantra recitation, or any Vajra recitation, one should properly absorb the front generation." Similarly, in the oral instruction letter, "Clearly establish the three roots and five chakras," etc. This is the meaning of the extensive teachings, in general. This is without quotations, for easy understanding, because it was urged by both skillful and ultimate ones, aiming to fulfill the intention of the deceased emanation body. On the ninth day of the Saga month in the Year of the Sheep, in the early morning, Ra Ga A Si Ya wrote "Ultimate" as he spoke. If there are any contradictions or errors in this, I confess to the assembly of the nine deities and the protectors. By whatever virtue arises from writing this, may the intention of the great emanation body be fulfilled, and may all beings who see, hear, touch, or connect with this, attain the body of the Great Compassionate One in one lifetime.
