圣观自在仪轨明晰解脱之道大路中，九尊本尊之秘密修法笔记。 圣观自在仪轨明晰解脱之道大路中，九尊本尊之秘密修法笔记。 圣观自在仪轨明晰解脱之道大路中，九尊本尊之秘密修法笔记完毕。 那摩洛给夏瓦绕班匝耶。 五部观自在怙主父母，恭敬顶礼祈请赐予加持。 此秘密修法准备完毕之后，自前显现证悟可触金刚界，自前身即本尊或仅作意念观想。 自前完毕之后，于念诵之时，念诵并清晰观想，自与前生起主尊父之身，总的来说如红色帐篷覆盖一般，内里空旷如吹气之囊，其中心中脉如空心柱子一般，上端顶轮下端密处抵住。 上端白色ཧཾ་（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，字面意思：హం），头朝下，下端红色ཨ་（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，字面意思：अ）如烧红的铁一般。 中脉蓝色清澈正直空荡荡，左右白色惹江玛和红色若玛，上端梵穴下端脐下抵住。 五轮之脉瓣如伞骨一般，顶轮脉瓣三十二白色，喉轮脉瓣十六红色，心轮脉瓣八个蓝色，脐轮六十四黄色，密处三十二或二十八绿色。 自前中脉之内的脉轮中心，顶轮愚痴自性白色嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，字面意思：唵），喉轮贪欲自性红色舍（藏文：ཧྲི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，字面意思：诃利），心轮嗔恨自性蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽），脐轮我慢自性黄色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽），密处嫉妒自性绿色阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，字面意思：阿）。 从这些发出光芒照耀十方，自我与所有众生，从五毒之门积累的罪障，以及于五道中投生的种子，被光芒收摄融入十个字中，中间风稍稍鼓起，从中脉下端红色阿字（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，字面意思：阿）中，拙火智慧火焰向上燃烧，焚烧十个字，清净五毒的结果，化为五部观自在之身，于顶轮

To the Five Families of Avalokiteshvara, Father and Mother, I prostrate with reverence and request blessings. After the preparation for this secret practice is complete, visualize oneself and the front as the manifest realization of the tangible Vajra realm. Visualize oneself and the front as the deity's body or simply with devotion. After completing oneself and the front, during the recitation, recite and clearly visualize oneself and the front as the main deity's father's body. In general, it is like a red tent covering, inside it is empty like a blown bladder. In the center, the central channel is like an empty pillar, the upper end touching the crown and the lower end touching the secret place. The upper end is a white Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: హం) with the head pointing downwards, and the lower end is a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: अ) marked with the color of red-hot iron. The central channel is clear blue, straight, and empty. On the left and right are white Rasana and red Lalana. The upper end touches the Brahma aperture and the lower end touches below the navel. The petals of the five chakras are like umbrella ribs. The thirty-two petals of the crown chakra are white. The sixteen petals of the throat chakra are red. The eight petals of the heart chakra are blue. The sixty-four petals of the navel chakra are yellow. The thirty-two or twenty-eight petals of the secret place are green. In the center of the chakras within the central channel of oneself and the front, at the crown is the essence of ignorance, the white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: 唵). At the throat is the essence of desire, the red Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲི, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: 诃利). At the heart is the essence of hatred, the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: 吽). At the navel is the essence of pride, the yellow Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: 吽). At the secret place is the essence of jealousy, the green Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: 阿). From these, rays of light emanate in the ten directions, and all sentient beings, including oneself, accumulate sins and obscurations through the five poisons, and the seeds that give rise to the five paths of existence. The light gathers and dissolves into the ten syllables. By slightly puffing up the intermediate wind, from the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: 阿) at the lower end of the central channel, the fire of tummo wisdom blazes upwards. Burning the ten syllables, the result of purifying the five poisons, transforms into the body of the Five Families of Avalokiteshvara, at the crown.
