Meditating on the earth and the channels as large, very large, small, and very small. From the Wish-Fulfilling Tree, the learning of roots, branches, shapes, and colors is explained separately in detail. From the Two Examinations Tantra, "Years have Lora Rasa Kunarma," and so on. From the Vajra Garland, "The wheel of the channels is well-developed and expanded." From the Stainless Light, the inner dakinis are these channel meditations, and thus pacify the eight fears, etc. From the Self-Arisen Scripture, "Clearly establish the three channels and five chakras." This is the meaning of what was said. Secondly, wind is from the tantra, "The fourth is cessation," and so on. The wisdom of selflessness is the subtle letter, white, red, blue, and yellow, and the four grasps, and so on. It teaches the cessation of the four elements of wind, and the subtle letter's arising and inhaling of wind, the Vajra recitation, and the vase-like life force, and the learning of the colors of the four elements of wind. In the treatise composed by Vajra Essence, "Holding the wind, Mastering the power, the nature of bodhicitta dissolves." And, "Having inhaled, it is absorbed into the fire, and wisdom blazes." From the oral instructions of Ba Khamel, by blowing three breaths of wind, one contemplates the purification of the obscurations of karma and afflictions, and the diseases and demonic influences of body, speech, and mind. Slowly inhaling inwards and holding, one contemplates that all the blessings and siddhis of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis of the three times are gathered, enter the left channel, and enter the central channel, so that the whole body is filled and the experience of bliss and emptiness is increased. As it is said, the practice of the skill of quick walking is: Exhaling nine times with shaking, contemplate that diseases, demonic influences, sins, and obscurations are purified. Slowly inhaling, contemplate that the merits and qualities of samsara and nirvana are gathered, and press them below the navel. When it is unbearable, release all the remaining ones. From the right nostril, release the essence of the body with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡). From the left, inhale the nature of the mind with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Contemplate that the essence of life, Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), abides. On the right, release the sun with Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿). On the left, inhale the moon with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡). Contemplate that Rahu abides within with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Inhale with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) and release with Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), and contemplate that it abides with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡). Inhale with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), Maṇi Padme (Tibetan: མ་ཎི, པདྨེ, Devanagari: मणि, पद्मे, Romanized Sanskrit: maṇi, padme, Literal Chinese meaning: Jewel, Lotus) abides, and release with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). From the Lotus King Tantra, Oṃ Maṇi (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, མ་ཎི, Devanagari: ओ, मणि, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, maṇi, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡, Jewel)
