May the work of liberation be accomplished! Emanated retinues, those with firm vows, please consider with great compassion, Blessed One! All transgressions against the teachings, I confess! I confess the impairments of vows of body, speech, and mind. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, please avert the great fears! Please avert inner and outer obstacles! Please accomplish the four activities! Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! From the naturally pure realm of reality, the emanation of the body of great compassion, from the unborn state appears the terrifying form, out of compassion to protect the teachings, I fulfill the vows of the glorious protector. Glorious and fierce Ra Ma Ti. Great goddess Nam Druma, great accomplisher, averter of obstacles, great black mother with blazing mouth, burier of all demons' tombs, possessor of leaves from all charnel grounds, Camuṇḍā of all blood, great sovereign mother of the realm of space, lightning cloud of the intermediate realm. Fire blazes from her mouth, drying up the ocean, she throws stones from her hand, collapsing Mount Meru, her black braids fill the empty space, from her mouth boils an ocean of blood. She observes during the day, and runs during the night, obedient and vowed to glory, black mother and her retinue, fulfill the vows. With the samaya substance of nectar torma, and the support substances, practice substances, and fulfillment substances, I fulfill the vows of the wrathful mother. Vows fulfilled, samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言)! By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, may the yogis, myself and my retinue, cut off the source of disease and reverse the course of epidemics, open the mouth of divination and move the dice. Please reverse diseases, demons, and obstacles! Please reverse human and livestock diseases! Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! To the guru protector, inseparable, I respectfully fulfill the vows. May all obstacles of myself and all sentient beings be eliminated. Furthermore, the substances for fulfilling the vows are, nectar, medicine torma, blood, and various meats, hearts, and blood, riding horses, strong yaks, sacrificial sheep, corpses, arrow banners, secret substances, with many conducive substances I fulfill the vows. Destroyer lord, electric garland, fulfill the vows, life lord Trakkad, fulfill the vows, black eunuch and his retinue, may the fierce vows be fulfilled! With offerings actually available and those emanated by the mind, excellent and abundant offerings suitable for enjoyment, without any lack, extensively spread, may the great god Kunga Zhonnu be pleased.
