以地，供养祈祷誓言圆满。 誓言圆满之加持，祈请遣除大障碍之恐惧。 祈请遣除内外之障碍。 祈请成办四种事业。 坛城猛烈破裂，罪行成群结队而来。 我等瑜伽修行者，金刚上师与弟子众，金刚兄弟姐妹，以及施主眷属等，人勿降瘟疫，畜勿降灾疫，财勿降冰雹，田勿降霜冻。 斩断魔之黑索，将阎罗之判决书转向敌人。 遣除不顺障碍诸违缘，守护眷属遣除诸违缘。 对怨恨之敌降下惩罚，对损害之魔作事业。 赐予所欲之成就，成就所托之事业。 誓言圆满之加持，祈请遣除忿怒之暴行。 遣除嘿热嘎之威光，祈请遣除普巴之诅咒。 遣除大威力者之压制，遣除诸神之粗暴，遣除非天之毒刺，遣除八大行星之钉刺，遣除阎罗男女之幻轮，遣除魔军之判决书，遣除母鬼之毒刃，遣除大龙之束缚，遣除夜叉之刺痛病，祈请遣除赞神之诅咒。 遣除国王之疯狂，祈请遣除空行母之血病。 遣除生灵饿鬼之瘟疫，土地神厉鬼等等，以及邪神恶鬼障碍众，遣除根本之鬼盗。 祈请遣除尼泊尔之毒箭。 咕噜 爹哇 达吉尼，嗡 玛哈 嘎拉 嘎里，玛哈 玛萨 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 惹达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 资达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 巴苏达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 班杂 麦资 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 郭若 杂那 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 阿弥利达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 苏惹达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 巴林达 卡让 卡嘿，玛哈 冈尼 惹迪 卡让 卡嘿。 祈请世尊三根本，我等眷属众，为轮回烦恼所控制，因无知而违背誓言，忏悔陈白祈宽恕。

With earth, I offer prayers to fulfill the vows. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, I pray to avert the fear of great obstacles. I pray to avert outer and inner obstacles. I pray to accomplish the four kinds of activities. May the fierce mandala be torn apart, may misdeeds come in droves. We yogis and practitioners, Vajra masters and disciples, Vajra brothers and sisters, and patrons with their retinues, do not send disease to people, do not send disaster to livestock, do not send hail to wealth, do not send frost to fields. Cut the black lasso of demons, turn the judgment of Yama towards the enemy. Avert unfavorable obstacles and adverse conditions, protect the retinue and avert adverse conditions. Inflict punishment on the hateful enemy, perform actions on the harmful demons. Grant the desired accomplishments, accomplish the entrusted tasks. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, I pray to avert the wrathful violence. Avert the splendor of Heruka, I pray to avert the curse of Phurba. Avert the suppression of the mighty one, avert the harshness of all the gods, avert the poisonous sting of the Asuras, avert the piercing of the eight great planets, avert the illusion wheel of Yama male and female, avert the judgment of the demon armies, avert the poisonous dagger of the Matrikas, avert the binding of the great Nagas, avert the stinging sickness of the Yakshas, I pray to avert the curse of the Tsen. Avert all the madness of the king's spirit, I pray to avert the blood disease of the Dakinis. Avert the plague of the spirits and hungry ghosts, the Theurang, the Gongpo, and so on, as well as the oath-breakers, evil spirits, and obstructing hosts, avert all the ghost thieves of the foundation. I pray to avert the poisonous arrows of Nepal. Guru Deva Dakini, Om Maha Kala Kali, Maha Masa Kharam Khahi, Maha Rakta Kharam Khahi, Maha Tsitta Kharam Khahi, Maha Basuta Kharam Khahi, Maha Pancha Metsi Kharam Khahi, Maha Gorotsana Kharam Khahi, Maha Amrita Kharam Khahi, Maha Surata Kharam Khahi, Maha Balingta Kharam Khahi, Maha Kamani Riti Kharam Khahi. I pray to the Bhagavan Three Roots, we and our retinue, being controlled by the afflictions of samsara, due to ignorance, have violated the vows, we confess and ask for forgiveness.

Prayers. May the venerable lamas be aware. I confess that the offerings and resources are meager. May the yidam deities be aware. I confess that the practice of realization is weak. May the four classes of dakinis be aware. I confess that the vows and commitments are broken. May the Dharma protectors and guardians be aware. I confess that the tormas are delayed for months and years. May the parents of the three times be aware. I confess that I have not repaid their kindness in kind. May the dharma brothers and sisters be aware. I confess that the samaya and affection are weak. May the six realms of sentient beings be aware. I confess that compassion and altruism are weak. Regarding the vows of individual liberation, the precepts of bodhisattvas, and the samayas of vidyadharas, etc., I confess all violations and transgressions. I will not hide or conceal them, and I resolve to keep them in the future. If I confess the sins and obscurations accumulated in the three times, may they be purified, and may I be granted supreme and common siddhis of body, speech, and mind. This is the daily practice of the Lotus-Born Five Deities Mandala, composed by Ra Ga A Sy in the retreat room of Glorious Ritse (དཔལ་རི་རྩེ，Pal Ritse) on the tenth day of the tenth month of the auspicious Monkey Year (presumably Fire Monkey year, 1956 or 2016). May we confess our faults to the deities and purify the two obscurations through virtuous deeds. Sarva Mangalam! May the merit of constructing, holding, and reading this scripture bring auspiciousness and longevity, happiness and fulfillment to me, my dharma friends and retinue, and the patrons who provide support, and may we be reborn in Sukhavati immediately after death.
