བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །སྔགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བསྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་བརྟན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་རྫོགས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་འཕྲོས་ཁྱེད་རང་གི་ཞལ་དུ་ཞུགས། སྙིང་ དབུས་ཁྱུང་ཁྲའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་ལྔ། འཁོར་བཞི་ཡི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཁྲོ་ཡིག་རེ་ཡི་མཐར་སོ་སོའི་སྔགས་གོང་ལྟར་འཁོར་བར་བསྒོམས་ལ་སྔགས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་ལན་གསུམ་མཛོད། ཨོཾ་པཀི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བཛྲ་རཏྣ་པདྨ་ཀརྨ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། ད་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དེ་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཕྲེང་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་སྤྱི་བོར་བཅིང་བའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་བཅས་པས་ཙམ་པ་ཀའི་མེ་ཏོག་གམ་མེད་ན་ནས་འབྲུ་བཞག་ལ། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁྱུང་ཁྲ་སྡེ་ལྔ་འདི་ལ་སྩལ་ལགས་ཀྱིས། །འདི་ལ་འགོ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །སྔགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །བརྟུལ་བཞུགས་བརྟན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་རྫོགས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལ། དཔལ་ལྡན་དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཁྱུང་ཁྲ་བོ་ཁྱུང་ཆེན་རིགས་ལྔ་དང་བཅས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇུག་ཅིང་བརྟན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འོ་དེས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁྱུང་ཁྲ་རིགས་ལྔ་དང་བཅས་པའི་དབང་ལེགས་པར་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་པས་ཁྱུང་ཆེན་འབར་བ་ཡི་དམ་དུ་འཛིན་སྙམ་པ་དང་། དམ་ཚིག་ཏུ་བྱ་ཤ་དང་སྒོ་ང་ མི་ཟ། མཚོ་དང་ཆུ་མིག་འགྲམ་དུ་སྔགས་མི་བཟླ། སྔགས་སྒྲ་ཧ་ཅང་ཆེ་བར་མི་བྱ། ཉིན་རེ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ལས་མང་དུ་མི་འདོན། དེ་རྣམས་བྱ་སྙམ་པའི་བསམས་པས་དམ་ཚིག་ཁས་ལེན་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། །སོགས། གཏང་རག་གི་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། ས་གཞི་སྤོས་ཆུས་བྱུགས་ཤིང་མེ་ཏོག་བཀྲམ། སོགས། སློབ་མ་གྱེས་སོ། །འདི་ནི་གསར་མ་ལུགས་ཀྱི་དུས་འཁོར་རྒྱུད་དང་འབྲེལ་བ་དང་། རྙིང་མ་དགོངས་གཏེར་ལུགས་དང་གཉིས་ཀ་ཡིན་པས། བརྒྱུད་པ་གང་ལ་དད་ཀྱང་རུང་མོད་ཀྱི། སངས་རྒྱས་གླིང་པའི་ཁྱུང་སྡེ་ལྔ་དང་། རཏྣ་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ཁྱུང་ལྷ་ལྔ་དང་ཡང་དོན་གཅིག་པ་ཡིན་པས། ཁྱད་པར་དགོངས་གཏེར་ལུགས་ལ་ནི། ཁྱུང་ཁྲ་སྤྱི་ལྟར་རིམ། ཡང་ན་སྐུ་སྟོད་དཀར། སྐེད་པ་ལྗང་གུ། སྐུ་སྨད་སྔོན་པོར་བསྒོམས་ན། སྲིད་གསུམ་ཟིལ་གནོན་ཞེས་བྱ། ཡང་ན་སྐུ་སྟོད་མཐིང་ནག །སྐེད་པ་ལྗང་གུ། སྐུ་སྨད་དམར་པོ་བྱས་ན། ཁམས་གསུམ་ཟིལ་གནོན་ཞེས་བྱ་བར

祈请您作为助缘！ 祈请您赐予咒语的成就！ 祈请您使苦行坚定！ 祈请您使事业圆满！ 如此祈请后，从上师的心间发出咒语之鬘，进入您的口中。于心 中观想金翅鸟心间的五个字，以及四方眷属心间的忿怒字，各自的咒语如前围绕，念诵此咒三遍。 嗡 贝格 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་པཀི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओम् पकि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ paki svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，贝格，梭哈。） 班杂 惹那 贝玛 嘎玛 嘎如达 吽 啪。（藏文：བཛྲ་རཏྣ་པདྨ་ཀརྨ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：वज्र रत्न पद्म कर्म गरुड हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：vajra ratna padma karma garuḍa hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：金刚 宝 莲花 事业 迦楼罗 吽 啪。） 现在观想此咒鬘化为花鬘，为了成就而系于顶髻。如是说后，以金刚杵和瞻波迦花，若无则以青稞粒代替。祈请智慧金翅鸟五部尊， 祈请您为此作首！ 祈请您赐予咒语的成就！ 祈请您使苦行坚定！ 祈请您使事业圆满！ 祈愿此金刚弟子的身语意三门，融入并稳固具德时轮的智慧金翅鸟，以及大鹏鸟五部的加持和明咒的力量。嗡 索巴ra底提 班杂耶 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओम् सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्र ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，善安住，金刚，耶，梭哈。） 如此便已圆满获得智慧金翅鸟五部的灌顶，应生起视大鹏鸟为本尊之想。作为誓言，不食鸟肉和鸡蛋， 不在湖泊和泉水边念诵咒语，念咒的声音不要太大，每日念诵不超过五百遍。生起行持这些之想，复诵此誓言。主尊如何教诲？等。 献上酬谢的曼扎。 以香水涂地，遍洒鲜花。等。 弟子告退。 此法既与新派时轮金刚续部相关，也属于宁玛派意伏藏法，无论信仰哪个传承都可以。因为与桑杰林巴的五部金翅鸟，以及热纳派的五部金翅鸟意义相同。特别是对于意伏藏法而言，可以按照通常的方式观想金翅鸟。或者观想上半身白色，腰部绿色，下半身蓝色，称为“镇压三有”。或者观想上半身深蓝色，腰部绿色，下半身红色，称为“镇压三界”。

After praying in this way, a rosary of mantras emanates from the heart of the master and enters your mouth. In the heart, visualize the five syllables in the heart of the Garuda, and the wrathful syllables in the hearts of the four surrounding deities, with their respective mantras circling as before, and repeat this mantra three times. Om Paki Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པཀི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् पकि स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ paki svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Paki, Svaha.) Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Garuda Hum Phat. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་རཏྣ་པདྨ་ཀརྨ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र रत्न पद्म कर्म गरुड हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra ratna padma karma garuḍa hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, Jewel, Lotus, Action, Garuda, Hum, Phat.) Now visualize that the mantra rosary has become a garland of flowers, and bind it on the crown of your head for the sake of accomplishment. Saying this, place a champaka flower or, if not available, barley grains with the vajra. Please grant this to the five classes of wisdom Garuda, Please act as the leader for this! Please grant the accomplishment of the mantra! Please make the asceticism firm! Please make the activity complete! May the blessings of the wisdom Garuda of the glorious Kalachakra, and the power of the five classes of great Garuda and the vidya-mantras, enter and be firm in the body, speech, and mind of these vajra disciples. Oh, by this, you have well received the empowerment of the five classes of wisdom Garuda, so think of holding the great flaming Garuda as your yidam. As a samaya, do not eat bird meat and eggs, do not recite mantras near lakes and springs, do not make the sound of the mantra too loud, and do not recite more than five hundred times a day. With the thought of doing these, repeat this vow. How did the main deity teach? Etc. Offer a mandala of gratitude. Anoint the ground with scented water and scatter flowers. Etc. The disciples depart. This is related to the new style Kalachakra tantra and also belongs to the Nyingma mind treasure style, so it is fine to have faith in any lineage. Because it has the same meaning as the five classes of Garuda of Sangye Lingpa and the five Garuda deities of the Ratna style. Especially for the mind treasure style, one can visualize the Garuda in the usual way. Or visualize the upper body as white, the waist as green, and the lower body as blue, which is called "Subduing the Three Realms." Or visualize the upper body as dark blue, the waist as green, and the lower body as red, which is called "Subduing the Three Realms."
