带着食物，降落在能胜者背靠的树顶上，成了六十万速的庄严。鹏鸟在此贤劫之下，上方名为以无尽珍宝严饰的世间界中，被授记为如来无尽顶髻智慧光芒生处佛。 世尊说，鹏鸟所食的一切龙族都将转生为色界天子。 在这众多种类的鹏鸟中，如今这只花鹏是智慧鹏鸟中的至尊圣者。修持此鹏，龙王及其所有子嗣都将成为自己的使者和仆人。 此外，所有鬼怪、夜叉、邪魔空行母等都将如奴仆般听命。 尤其对于毒病、痰涎壅塞病、蛔虫病、疠风等所有龙病，此鹏是寂灭之至尊圣者。 吉祥时轮王续中说：因此，必须观想此具足各种颜色面容和眷属的五尊，以其手印，必定能夺取具足眷属的持明者以及鬼怪之病等。 又说：若能成就空中鹏鸟飞翔，则持明国王的权势和持明者的儿子们都将成为使唤的对象。 最殊胜的是，在地上，鬼怪、夜叉、邪魔以及空行母和魔母等，都能以咒语轻易地召唤。 所有的鬼怪部众，指的是所有时节的鬼怪种类。 最终，将述说斩杀所有时节的噬食者。 因此，为了众生的利益，首先人们应当修持鹏鸟之王。 如是说，为了救度一切众生脱离龙病和鬼怪，为了求得智慧花鹏五部之灌顶，请复诵： 大乐您是我的导师，示现大菩提之行，我祈求您为大怙主，请赐予我彼誓言，也请赐予我菩提心，佛法僧三宝，也请赐予我皈依。 在大解脱之胜城中，祈请怙主引导我。 一切稀有总集之自性，智慧之鹏鸟。

Carrying food, it landed on the treetop that the Victorious One leaned against, becoming an adornment of six hundred thousand speeds. The Garuda, under this fortunate kalpa, in the upper world realm called "Adorned with Inexhaustible Jewels," was prophesied to become the Tathagata "Source of Inexhaustible Crown Jewel Wisdom Rays." The Lord said that all the nagas eaten by the Garuda will be reborn as sons of the Form Realm gods. Among these many kinds of Garudas, this variegated Garuda is the supreme and holy Wisdom Garuda. If you practice this, the Naga King and all his descendants will become your messengers and servants. Furthermore, all kinds of demons, yakshas, maras, and dakinis will listen like slaves. Especially for poison diseases, phlegm-congestion diseases, worm diseases, leprosy, and all other naga diseases, this Garuda is the supreme and holy pacifier. The Glorious Kalachakra Tantra King says: Therefore, it is necessary to meditate on these five deities with various colored faces and retinues, and with their mudras, they will surely seize the vidyadharas with retinues and the diseases of demons, etc. It also says: If one accomplishes the Garuda soaring in the sky, the power of the vidyadhara king and the sons of the vidyadharas will become objects of command. Most excellent, on the earth, demons, yakshas, and evil spirits, as well as dakinis and mamos, can be easily summoned with mantras. All the hordes of demons refer to all kinds of seasonal demons. Finally, it will be said to slay all the eaters of time. Therefore, for the benefit of sentient beings, people should first practice the Garuda King. Thus it is said, in order to save all sentient beings from naga diseases and evil spirits, and in order to receive the empowerment of the five divisions of the Wisdom Variegated Garuda, please repeat: Great Bliss, you are my teacher, showing the way of great bodhi. I beseech you as the Great Protector. Please grant me that samaya. Please also grant me bodhicitta. The Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, please also grant me refuge. In the supreme city of Great Liberation, please guide me, O Protector. The essence of the union of all rare and precious ones, the Wisdom Garuda.

In order to accomplish both my own and others' benefit, I generate the mind of enlightenment! Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I will treat all sentient beings as guests. I will practice the excellent and pleasing conduct of enlightenment, May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings! Now, in order to perform the empowerment, may the mandala torma and you disciples who are receiving the empowerment, each clearly visualize the deity in this way.
