In the heart of the complete and colorful Lion-faced Dakini, above the sun disc, is the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) about the size of a pea, surrounded by a hand-written mantra garland. The round lotus of the heart is bound by the garland of mantras. Until enlightenment is attained, generate faith that you are inseparable from this yidam deity. Please rest for a moment in the state of original, luminous mind. Rest in this way for a short while. Then, the samaya deities of empowerment dissolve into nectar, and may this torma become a wish-fulfilling jewel that produces all siddhis, a king of power that brings forth all desires. The root mantra and, Oṃ Jñāna Ḍāki Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཌཱ་ཀི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོ།, Romanized: oṃ jñāna ḍāki sarva siddhi phala ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, wisdom, dakini, all, siddhi, give, ho) Recite this once. In order to examine the signs of accomplishment, without thinking of good or bad, allow the disciples to take it without doubt, or the master closes his eyes and takes the siddhi from the torma and gives it to the disciples. Then, if you obtain from the tip of the torma up to four fingers, you will obtain the supreme siddhi. Similarly, if you obtain the right corner, you will obtain speech vajra. If you obtain the left corner, you will obtain body vajra. If you obtain the back corner, you will obtain mind vajra. If you obtain all of them, it is prophesied that you will obtain wisdom vajra. After that, from the east of the four fingers is pacifying, from the south is increasing, from the west is magnetizing, and from the north is wrathful. If you obtain all of them, all activities will be accomplished. After that, from the east of the four fingers is lineage, from the south is life and wealth, from the west is food and riches, and from the north is retinue and disciples. Those who obtain all of them will control all regions and their fame will be like the sun and moon. After that, at the base of the torma, the east gathers men, accomplishes activities with fragrance and food, and repeatedly manifests clairvoyance. The south gathers women, Yama accomplishes activities, and has great power. The west increases wealth and livestock, the Naga king accomplishes activities, and has power over those activities. The north gathers mantra practitioners, monks, and all races, the local deities and the eight classes of gods and demons together accomplish activities, and the power of the activities is great. If you do not obtain anything, or your mouth is empty, or there are wounds and blood flowing from your mouth, or liquid flows from your mouth, or stones and pieces of wood appear in your mouth, or arrows and inauspicious objects, then it is predicted that in this life you will encounter various non-virtues, in the next life you will fall into the lower realms, and you will encounter various unfavorable obstacles and adverse conditions such as curses and suppressions. Now you will receive the empowerment and blessings of the Lion-faced Dakini torma.
