Having received the vase empowerment, meditate on appearance and emptiness. May I receive the body empowerment of the Uṣṇīṣa Sitātapatrā! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Uṣṇīṣa Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨུཥཱི་ཥ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत उष्णीष हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata uṣṇīṣa hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, all, thus-gone, crown protrusion, hum, phat). Kāya Abhiṣiñca O (藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོ，梵文天城体：काय अभिषिञ्च ओ，梵文罗马拟音：kāya abhiṣiñca o，汉语字面意思：Body, anoint, O). Anoint on the crown of the head. By receiving the body empowerment, the sins and obscurations accumulated through the body are purified. One has the power to practice meditating on the body as a deity, reciting mantras with speech, and meditating on samadhi with the mind. Generate the aspiration to become fortunate to achieve the Nirmāṇakāya. Then, again, visualize from the throat of the deity in front, the forms of speech syllables, Chinese and Tibetan letters, the multitude of speech syllables such as Āli Kāli, immeasurable, dissolving into the speech. Generate such faith. Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ). Uṣṇīṣa, the lord of the combined family, the supreme jewel of body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas of the three times, the blessing, vast expanse, self-shining. O Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོ་ཨཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：o āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：O Ah Hum). From the red Ā on the tongue of speech, like the tip of a flame, it dissolves into the tongue of the fortunate ones, inseparable. Having received the speech empowerment, meditate on mantra and prana. May I receive the speech empowerment of the Uṣṇīṣa Sitātapatrā! Vāk Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (藏文：ཝཀྐ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：वाक अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：vāk abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：Speech, anoint, Ah). Anoint on the throat. By receiving the speech empowerment, the sins and obscurations accumulated through speech are purified. One has the power to practice purifying the channels, moving the prana, holding the breath, and meditating on the arrangement of bodhicitta. Generate the aspiration to become fortunate to achieve the Sambhogakāya. Then, again, visualize from the heart of the deity in front, the forms of the heart's emblems, vajra, bell, lotus, khaṭvāṅga, wheel, etc., immeasurable, dissolving into the heart. Generate such faith. Uṣṇīṣa, the lord of the combined family, the supreme jewel of body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas of the three times, the blessing, vast expanse, self-shining. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). From the blue Hūṃ of the heart, blazing with light, like the smoke of burning incense, it dissolves into the mind of the fortunate ones, inseparable. Meditate on the clear emptiness of wisdom and knowledge. May I receive the mind empowerment of the Uṣṇīṣa Sitātapatrā! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Generate the aspiration to become fortunate to achieve the Dharmakāya.
