忆念圆满誓言智慧无别之自性，千头前方容颜娇美具二百面，右面二百面容可怖凶猛色泛黄，后方二百面容红色嗔怒且威严，左面二百面容绿色慈悲而寂静，上方二百面容蓝色猛烈而视，每头皆具金刚之印记三目，身色洁白，眼目有百千俱胝，斜眼怒睁，电光闪烁猛烈而视，右五百手，左五百手，皆持断灭一切思念之火焰宝剑，右五百足伸展压伏一切怖畏，左五百足蜷屈压伏一切邪魔，七俱胝佛陀持戴顶髻，顶髻上方七白伞层叠旋转，所有毛发皆为智慧光芒闪耀，天物衣饰具寂静与忿怒之庄严，额间毗卢，心间白色的嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：o，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉间无量光，心间红色的阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），心下金刚萨埵，心间蓝黑色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），心之中央月轮上白色嗡字之周围，咒语围绕，从中光芒向十方放射，迎请所有佛陀之顶髻，以及顶髻白伞盖母之身，大小随缘之众，如雪花般降临，融入于弟子， 吽！大加持稀有殊胜处，从任运法界之坛城中，身语意功德事业聚，祈请顶髻诸尊降加持！嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 乌瑟尼萨 班扎 阿维夏亚 阿 阿（藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨུཥཱི་ཥ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata uṣṇīṣa vajra āveśaya ā āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，佛顶，金刚，祈请降临，阿，阿） 七！金刚花置于顶上，谛叉 班扎（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：住金刚） 从此灌顶物如诸佛总集般，观想灌顶瓶，此瓶外为各种珍宝所成，内为大解脱之天宫殿中央，于先前所说之顶髻白伞盖母中，从额间放射无量光芒，观想白伞盖母之身，大如须弥山，小如芥子和芝麻般无量融入于汝等！舍（藏文：ཧྲི，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ）！顶髻总集种姓之主，三世诸佛陀之，身语意殊胜珍宝，加持浩瀚自性闪耀，嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओ आ हुं，梵文罗马拟音：o ā hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，阿，吽）！从身之眉间白色嗡字中，如流星般的光芒，融入具缘者之身，无二无别！

The nature of inseparable remembrance, completion, and samaya-wisdom, a thousand heads, the front face beautiful with two hundred faces, the right face two hundred faces, terrifying, fierce, and yellow, the back face two hundred faces, red, scolding, and majestic, the left face green two hundred faces, compassionate and peaceful, the upper face blue, two hundred faces, fiercely gazing. Each head has the vajra mark and three eyes each. The body color is white, and the eyes are hundreds of millions. The sidelong eyes are wide open, and the lightning flashes fiercely. The five hundred right hands and the five hundred left hands all wield flaming swords that cut off all thoughts. The five hundred right feet are extended, suppressing all fears, and the five hundred left feet are bent, suppressing all demons. Seven billion Buddhas wear crowns. Seven white umbrellas are stacked on top of the head. All the body hairs blaze with the light of wisdom. The divine garments are adorned with peaceful and wrathful ornaments. On the forehead is Vairochana, in the heart is a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: o, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), in the throat is Amitabha, in the heart is a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), below the heart is Vajrasattva, in the heart is a dark blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), in the center of the heart, on a moon disc, is a white Om syllable, surrounded by mantras, from which rays of light radiate in ten directions, inviting all the Buddhas' crowns, and the bodies of the White Umbrella Goddess, large and small as appropriate, like a flurry of snowflakes, dissolving into the disciples. Hum! Great blessing, the supreme place of wonder! From the spontaneously accomplished mandala of the sphere of reality! Body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are gathered! Bestow blessings, assembly of deities of the crown chakra! Om Sarva Tathagata Ushnisha Vajra Aveshaya Ah Ah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨུཥཱི་ཥ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata uṣṇīṣa vajra āveśaya ā āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, Ushnisha, Vajra, please enter, Ah, Ah) Seven! Place the vajra flower on the head. Tishta Vajra (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ, Sanskrit Romanization: tiṣṭha vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: Remain Vajra). From then on, the empowerment substances are like the combined essence of all the precious ones. Contemplate the empowerment vase. This vase is made of various precious substances on the outside. Inside, in the center of the palace of the deity of great liberation, the immeasurable rays of light radiate from the forehead of the White Umbrella Goddess, as mentioned earlier. Visualize the body of the White Umbrella Goddess, as large as Mount Meru and as small as a mustard seed or sesame seed, immeasurably dissolving into you all! Hrih! Lord of the family, the combined essence of the crown chakra! Of all the Buddhas of the three times! Body, speech, mind, supreme jewel! The vast expanse of blessings, the self-nature blazing! Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ आ हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: o ā hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Hum)! From the white Om syllable between the eyebrows of the body, rays of light like shooting stars, dissolve indivisibly into the body of the fortunate one!
