Hūṃ! At the throat. Meditate on Yamantaka dissolving into the heart. Hūṃ! From the southern direction, the one who performs the act of killing, Wrathful King Yamantaka and, the Great Mother, Mistress of the Cemetery, avert the hosts of spirits of the southern direction, the Lord of Death. From the mandala of extreme terror and ferocity, may I obtain the power to subdue arrogance. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Yamāntaka Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रक्रोध यमान्तक अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodha yamāntaka abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，阎魔敌，灌顶，吽！) Thus, at the heart. Meditate on Nectar Coiling dissolving above the navel. Hūṃ! From the northern direction, the one who performs the act of suppressing, Great Wrathful One Nectar Coiling and, the Great Mother Vajra Wind-giver, avert the spirits of the northern direction, the yakṣas. From the mandala of the uncontrived dharmadhātu, may I obtain the power of complete accomplishment. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Amṛkuṇḍali Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཨ་མི་ཀུཎྜ་ལཱི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रक्रोध अमृकुंडलि अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodha amṛkuṇḍali abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，甘露漩，灌顶，吽！) Thus, at the nape of the navel. Now, meditate on Acala dissolving into the navel. Hūṃ! From the southwestern direction, the one who performs the act of liberating, Great Wrathful One Acala and, the extremely terrifying Vajra Kilaya, avert the spirits of the southwestern direction, the rākṣasas. From the mandala of heroic terror and ferocity, may I obtain the power to subdue arrogance. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Ārya Acala Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཨཱརྱ་ཨ་ཙ་ལེ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रक्रोध आर्य अचले अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodha ārya acale abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，圣，不动，灌顶，吽！) Thus, touching the navel. Meditate on Desire King dissolving into the right thigh. Hūṃ! From the northwestern direction, the one who performs the act of summoning, Great Wrathful One Desire King and, the Great Mother, the arrogant one of power, avert the hosts of spirits of the northwestern direction, the wind gods. From the mandala of summoning existence and non-existence, may I obtain the power to gather the three realms. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Aparājitta Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཨ་པ་རཱ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रक्रोध अपराजित्त हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodha aparājitta hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，无能胜，吽！) Abhiṣiñca Mī! (藏文：ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱི།，梵文天城体：अभिषिञ्च मी，梵文罗马拟音：abhiṣiñca mī，汉语字面意思：灌顶 我！) Thus, at the right knee. Meditate on Conqueror of the Three Realms dissolving into the left thigh. Hūṃ! From the northeastern direction, the one who performs the act of summoning, Great Wrathful One Conqueror of the Three Realms and, the Great Mother Vajra Killer, avert the spirits of the northeastern direction, the obstructors. From the mandala of subduing the wicked, may I obtain the power to subdue enemies and obstructors. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Trailokya Hūṃ! From the direction below, the one who performs the act of throwing, King of Wrathful Ones, Mahābala and, the Great Mother Vajra Killer, avert the nāga spirits of the direction below, from the mandala of extreme terror and wrath, may I obtain the power of strength and ability. Bhagavan Vajrakumara, Dakini Karma Wangmo Che, Kīla's Vidyadhara Prachen Hasti, Dakini Bliss Wheel, Guru Padmasambhava, Kharchen Yeshe Tsogyal, the twenty-five disciples, the one hundred and eight tertöns, the root and lineage lamas, the supreme deity Vajrakumara, the great mother expansive wheel, the supreme son Kīlaya's four brothers, the ten wisdom wrathful deities, the ten wrathful mothers, the ten flesh-eaters, the ten slaying mothers, the four gatekeepers with faces, and all the deities of the Kīla mandala who subdue demons, please protect and guard these disciples!
