ས༔ སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་གཅིག་བྱོན་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱིས་སྐུའི་དུམ་བུ་རྣམས་སྙེ་མའི་ཆུན་པོ་ལྟར་བསྡུས་ནས་དབུ་ཚལ་པ་བརྒྱར་སོང་བ་ཞིལ་དགུར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོ༔་ཞི་བས་མི་ཐུལ་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་རྡོར་གྱི་ཞལ་བསྣན་ཏེ་བརུ༔ དེ་སྟེང་རིགས་བདག་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་བཞག་པ་དང་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོ༔ དེ་ནས་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང་༔ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲས་པ༔ བདག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ན༔ བདག་ལག་པ་སྟོང་མིག་སྟོང་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ལ༔ ལག་པ་སྟོང་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྟོང་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག མིག་སྟོང་སྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་དུ་གྱུར་ལ་གང་ལ་གང་འདུལ་གྱིས་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཅེས་གསུངས་པས་སྐད་ཅིག་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་ཕྱག་སྟོང་གི་མཐིལ་དུ་སྤྱན་སྟོང་ཡོད་པའི་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ༔ དེའི་ཚེ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་གཅིག་གིས་དབྱངས་གཅིག་དང་ཚིག་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཞལ་བཅུ་གཅིག་པའི་གཟུངས་འདི་ཡང་གསུངས་ཤིང་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོ༔ དེ་ནས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དེ་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་ མེད་པས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་མཛད་དེ་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་རྣམས་གསུང་བ་པོ་དང་ཉན་པ་པོའི་འཁོར་དང་བཀའི་བསྡུ་བ་པོ་དང་༔ དེ་འཛིན་ཅིང་གཞན་ལ་སྟོན་པ་པོ་རྣམས་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་གཅིག་སྟེ་ལྷ་དེ་ཉིད་དམ་སྟོན་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པར་བཤད་པ་དང་མཐུན་པར་བསྐལ་པ་གངྒའི་ཀླུང་བཅུའི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་སྔ་རོལ་ལས་ཆེས་སྔ་རོལ་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་མནྡ་རའི་དྲི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱོན་པས་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ་གྱི་གཟུངས་འདི་གསུངས་པའི་ཚེ༔ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་བ་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དྲག་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་གཟུངས་འདི་བཟུང་སྟེ༔ སེམས་ཅན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བསྐལ་པ་བཞི་ཁྲིའི་འཁོར་བ་ཕྱིར་བསྙིལ་ལོ༔ དེ་ནས་བསྐལ་པ་གངྒའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་ཡང་སྔ་རོལ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨའི་རྒྱའི་སྤྱན་གཙུག་གི་ཆགས་པའི་དུས་འཛོམ་པའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ་གྱི་གཟུངས་འདི་གསུངས་པས༔ དེར་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པ་དྲང་སྲོང་ཞིག་ཡོད་པས་གཟུངས་འདི་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ༔ དེ་རྗེས་བསྐལ་པ་གངྒའི་ཀླུང་གཅིག་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་སྔ་རོལ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོགས་མེད་པདྨའི་སྤྱན་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཡོན་ཏན་རབ་རྒྱས་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་

舍，十一个俱胝佛陀出现后，佛陀无量光将身体的碎片如稻穗般聚集，使头顶百瓣莲花化为九瓣莲花并加持。对于寂静无法调伏者，加上金刚手菩萨之面容，念诵“吽”。其上安立部主无量光之面容，并加持为十一面。此后，（无量光佛）说道：直至轮回未空之际，行利益有情之事！观世音菩萨说道：我若能成办直至轮回未空之际利益有情之事，愿我具足千手千眼，愿千手化为千位转轮圣王，千眼化为贤劫千佛，并以随顺所化众生根器的方式行利益众生之事！如是说后，刹那间便化为千手掌心有千眼的十一面观音。彼时，十一个俱胝佛陀以同一声音和同一语句宣说了十一面观音之陀罗尼并加持之。此后，观世音菩萨亦以无数化身利益有情，经部之宣说者与听闻者之眷属及结集者，以及执持此法并向他人宣说者，心意与本尊无别，与彼本尊或本师之化身相同，于恒河沙数劫之更早之前，有佛陀名为曼陀罗香出现，宣说此十一面观音之陀罗尼之时，观世音菩萨之化身名为大力居士者，受持此陀罗尼，使无量有情众生四万劫之轮回得以逆转。此后，于恒河沙数劫之更早之前，有佛陀名为莲花网眼顶髻圆满时节之光芒王出现，宣说此十一面观音之陀罗尼，彼时有一观世音菩萨之化身名为仙人，听闻此陀罗尼后，十方诸佛皆现前。此后，于一恒河沙数劫之前，有佛陀名为无碍莲花眼顶髻功德增上光明王

Sha, after eleven crore Buddhas appeared, Buddha Amitabha gathered the fragments of his body like ears of rice, transforming the hundred-petaled lotus on his head into a nine-petaled lotus and blessed it. For those whom peace cannot subdue, add the face of Vajrapani and recite "Hum." Above that, establish the face of the lineage lord Amitabha and bless it as eleven faces. Thereafter, (Buddha Amitabha) said: Until samsara is empty, do the work of benefiting sentient beings! Avalokiteshvara said: If I can accomplish the benefit of sentient beings until samsara is empty, may I be endowed with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes, may the thousand hands transform into a thousand universal monarchs, may the thousand eyes transform into a thousand Buddhas of the fortunate aeon, and may I benefit beings in accordance with the dispositions of those to be tamed! After saying this, in an instant, he transformed into an eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara with a thousand eyes in the palms of his thousand hands. At that time, eleven crore Buddhas spoke with one voice and one sentence the dharani of the eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara and blessed it. Thereafter, Avalokiteshvara also benefited sentient beings with countless emanations, the expounders of the sutras and the retinues of the listeners, and the compilers, as well as those who hold this Dharma and proclaim it to others, their minds are inseparable from the deity, and like the emanation of that deity or teacher, even earlier than the ten Ganges sand kalpas, a Buddha named Mandara Fragrance appeared, when he spoke this dharani of the eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara, the emanation of Avalokiteshvara named Powerful Householder, upheld this dharani, causing the samsara of countless sentient beings for forty thousand kalpas to be reversed. Thereafter, even earlier than the sands of the Ganges River kalpas, a Buddha named Lotus Net Eye Crest Complete Season of Light King appeared, when he spoke this dharani of the eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara, there was an emanation of Avalokiteshvara named Sage, upon hearing this dharani, all the Buddhas of the ten directions manifested.
