祈请您成办！祈请您成办使福德与智慧、吉祥与安乐一切增长！祈请您成办断除轮回与恶趣的一切恶劣转生之门！祈请您成办开启解脱与菩提的一切道门！祈请您成办在临终时往生极乐世界，现证圆满菩提！广而言之是长咒，略而言之是六字明结尾： ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱི་（藏文） kāyavākcittabaliṃtaabhiṣiñcamī（梵文天城体） kaya vak citta balim ta abhiṣiñca mī（梵文罗马拟音） 身语意供养灌顶我。三世安乐逝者之法，六道众生之观世音，如虚空般遍布的十一面，光辉灿烂无量光的身语意之吉祥，以此加持噶玛巴·白玛鲁之十一面和； 彩虹心髓伏藏大悲观音自解脱恶趣和；降伏魔障金刚伏藏虚空国王和；天法千手千眼之修法广略三类出现者；这些灌顶合一圆满获得，从今以后赡洲百俱胝，自身化现千手千眼百俱胝；从彼等之口中说出六字真言，一切有情化为大悲观音之身，念诵六字真言“嗡德热热”，并观想；即使念诵一串六字真言，也是成就圣者的窍诀；如是恒常修持，心想之后复诵；主尊如何教敕，彼等一切我皆行持。此乃针对天法之外部仪轨，由伏藏大臣Ra Ga Asya所著，书写者为比丘精进，若有错谬之处，向天神忏悔，以此善根，凡与此结缘者，皆为圣者大悲观音所摄受。芒嘎朗！ 空页。 结合噶玛巴和伏藏的千手千眼灌顶简易仪轨。

Please accomplish! Please accomplish the increase of all merits, wisdom, auspiciousness, and well-being! Please accomplish the cutting off of all evil doors of rebirth in samsara and the lower realms! Please accomplish the opening of all paths to liberation and enlightenment! Please accomplish that at the time of death, one will be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati and attain perfect enlightenment! In detail, it is the long mantra, and in brief, it is the six-syllable mantra at the end: kāyavākcittabaliṃtaabhiṣiñcamī (Sanskrit: kāyavākcittabaliṃtaabhiṣiñcamī) (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱི་) (English literal meaning: I offer the body, speech, and mind and consecrate). The Dharma of the Blissfully Gone of the Three Times, Avalokiteśvara for the six types of beings, the Eleven Faces pervading like the sky, the auspiciousness of the body, speech, and mind of the radiant Amitabha, with this, the Eleven Faces of Karma and Palmo's tradition and; The Rainbow Essence Treasure of Great Compassion, Self-Liberation from the Lower Realms and; the Demon-Subduing Vajra Treasure, the King of Space and; the practice method of the Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes of the Sky Dharma, the three types of extensive and concise appearances; since the empowerment of these combined into one has been well obtained; from now on, in the hundred million billion worlds of Jambudvipa, one will generate a hundred million billion Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes; from the mouths of these, the six-syllable mantra is spoken; all sentient beings are transformed into the body of Great Compassion, and one meditates on reciting the six-syllable mantra "Om Diri Diri"; even reciting one mala of the six-syllable mantra is the pith instruction for accomplishing the noble one; thinking of continuously practicing in this way, repeat after me; how the main deity has commanded, all of these I will do. This is aimed at the external ritual of the Sky Dharma, written by the treasure minister Ra Ga Asya, the scribe is the monk Diligence; if there are any mistakes, I confess to the gods, and with this merit, may all those who are connected with this be taken care of by the noble Great Compassionate One.
