I pray, grant empowerment! This is said three times. I take refuge in the Three Jewels! I confess all sins and non-virtues separately. I rejoice in the virtues of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. I go for refuge to the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, until enlightenment. In order to accomplish both my own and others' benefit, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I will cherish all sentient beings as my guests. I will practice the supreme and wish-fulfilling conduct of enlightenment. May I quickly attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings! Now, the disciple is visualized as the true dark blue, nine-headed form, abiding in dark blue. Of the four hands, the two right hands hold a vajra and a short dagger; the two left hands hold a threatening mudra and a lasso. Complete with the attire of a wrathful deity, residing in a mass of flames. The consort embraces with a kartrika and skull cup. The lama blesses and clarifies the vajra and bell. Zhags pa dzin bo! With mind, I entrust my feet. By contracting the right foot, the pride of the male demons is suppressed. By extending the left foot, the pride of the female demons is suppressed. Thus it is said. Then, visualize the Mother clearly. The Mother is bluish-black, embracing one who holds a knife and skull cup. Oh, in this way, may you all be clear as the Samaya Heruka. From the three syllables at the three places, rays of light emanate. Countless wisdom beings are invited and dissolve, becoming soft. Hūṃ! All the deities of the true mind, I beseech you to come to this place and bestow great blessings. Bestow the supreme empowerment upon this fortunate and faithful one. I beseech you to dispel the obstacles to life caused by wrong guidance. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. Vajra āveśaya ā āḥ. Place the vajra on the crown of the head. Tiṣṭha vajra. Hold the vase. Hūṃ! This vase is a precious palace. The true mandala resides here. May you obtain the complete four empowerments. Oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka samaya śrīye hūṃ. The ten articles are: Hūṃ! Without abandoning pride, accomplish the benefit of beings with the five bodies. Bestow the empowerment of the skull garland with the five wisdoms. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hī vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! Without abandoning ignorance, accomplish the benefit of beings with wisdom. Bestow the empowerment of the raw elephant hide, free from elaboration. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! Without abandoning hatred, accomplish the benefit of beings with skillful means. Bestow the empowerment of the snake rope that liberates all. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hī vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! Without abandoning jealousy, accomplish the benefit of beings with immeasurable qualities. Bestow the empowerment of the field garment with the four activities. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hī vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! Without abandoning desire, accomplish the benefit of beings with bravery. Bestow the empowerment of the tiger skin loincloth that liberates the three realms. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hri vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! The pure expanse of space, pacify the wicked with blood. Bestow the empowerment of the great blood that subdues the three realms. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ! The great accumulation of merit, the essence of the six causes of samsara. Bestow the empowerment of the drawing of clarified butter of bodhi. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hī vajra heruka citta hriṃ hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ abhiṣiñca svāhā. Hūṃ!
