May there be auspiciousness! May the Dharma increase! Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! May all the practices of the world and beyond, including the cause, conditions, and fruits of Bilva, become the essence of supreme enlightenment. May all purposes be accomplished through this auspiciousness! Oṃ Svasti Svasti Prasti Dharma Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! The conch is the manner of proclaiming all the sounds of the Dharma. May I become the ocean of wisdom itself. May all the teachings be fully revealed. May one attain the power of speech through this auspiciousness! Oṃ Svasti Svasti Prasti Dharma Bhū Hūṃ Hūṃ! Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! Then, the blessing of the torma is to be done: Oṃ Svabhāva, etc. From that state, Hūṃ Hūṃ dissolve into light. May this place become a ten-spoked wheel, solid and hard, with sharp spokes and the power to cut. The outside is white and the inside is red. It is vast and wide. Meditate on it as the nature of vajra. In its center, Hrīḥ dissolves into light. May this torma itself be the Lord of the World, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. The color of the body is white with a reddish glow. The first face is white and has a smiling nature. Above it is a black wrathful face with three eyes and four fangs bared. The hair and beard blaze like fire. The face of Va. An emanation body, red like a Paṇḍita Jikaka. The two hands, the right hand holding a wheel, the left hand supporting a jewel vase at the waist. The two feet stand on a lotus and moon seat. Adorned with divine garments and a lower garment. Meditate on it adorned with jewels. Meditate on those to be protected within the wheel. From the Hrīḥ at the heart, rays of light emanate. From the realms of the south, countless forms of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, large and small. Strings of mantra speech. Countless white lotus hearts marked with Hūṃ come forth and dissolve. Above that are the oceans of Vidyādharas and Siddhas. In the middle are the deities of the six tantra classes of Yidams. Below are the Dharma protectors and guardians of wisdom, like a gathering of clouds, coming to the crown of your head. From the body, speech, and mind of those deities, rays of light of various colors emanate and dissolve into you. May you receive all empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments. Just as we have prayed, may all blessings and accomplishments be granted and attained right now. Think like that.

Please bless and pacify all the harms of the four hundred and four types of diseases, such as those caused by imbalances of wind, bile, phlegm, and their combinations! Please bless and increase all life, merit, glory, wealth, qualities, and wisdom like the waxing moon! Please bless and gather all the accomplishments of immortal life, wind, mind, and appearances under your control! Please bless and cut off all obstacles to the attainment of enlightenment, the four māras, and wrong guidance!
