Thereafter, in the second intermediate time, in the secluded place of Yangleshö in Nepal, the great vidyadhara Padmakara and the great scholar Vimalamitra, as well as Vasudhara, Shakya Deva, etc., when the yogis and vidyadharas who practice opened the mandala of Vajrakila, the twenty-eight powerful Matrikas and Dakinis, etc., all who vowed to be the protectors of Kila, offered their life essence and revealed their own signs, and after revealing their own supreme forms, do they continuously bestow accomplishments on those who keep their vows, and prolong the lives of yogis? After taking the red torma of flesh and blood, do they continuously accomplish the entrusted activities? Without transgressing the vows made in the past, may the four activities be spontaneously accomplished, and may the activities entrusted by the yogis be accomplished! Thereafter, in the third intermediate time, in the three lion fortresses of Mönkha Ne'uring, the great teacher Padmasambhava and Yeshe Tsogyal, Namkhai Nyingpo, as well as Langchen Palseng and Vajrakilaya, when they opened the face of the supreme deity Kila, Shunasadak, the master of the earth, Remati, the mixed iron ging, and all the Kila protectors, revealed their own life essence, and after revealing their own supreme forms, do they continuously bestow accomplishments on those who keep their vows, and prolong the lives of yogis? After taking the red torma of flesh and blood, do they continuously accomplish the entrusted activities? Without transgressing the vows made in the past, may the four activities be spontaneously accomplished, and may the activities entrusted by the yogis be accomplished! Thereafter, in the fourth time, the degenerate age, in the mandala of pure self-appearance dharmadhatu, Padma who attained the life empowerment vidyadhara, and Mönlam Lésé Dro Dul Lingpa who awakens from aspiration to tame beings, when they opened the face of the most secret and supreme Kila, the oath-bound protectors and messengers who vowed to protect the practicing yogis, the messengers with power and ability, revealed their own life essence, and after revealing their own supreme forms, do they continuously bestow accomplishments on those who keep their vows, and prolong the lives of yogis? I am the great Vajra Youth, wielding power over all saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, there is no one greater or more powerful than me! The eight classes of gods, nāgas, and local deities residing in the upper, lower, and intermediate directions, may their bodies and minds be destroyed by the rays of the great offering weapon! Open the path of the effigy and avoid the body! Except for the spiteful enemies and obstructors, I do not throw the effigy at all beings. May all be friends and increase the army! Increase the army and raise the banners! May these degenerated oath-breakers and enemies be destroyed like dust! Oṃ Vajra Canda Sarva Duṣan E Ja Bhyo Hūṃ! Reciting the mantra with the sound diri diri, take the torma offering outside! Bhyo! Mama Shri Hūṃ! Vajra Lili Ma! Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi! Thus, propitiating the steadfast mothers, afterwards, also offering the offering bowl filled with nectar, is the truth of dharmatā.
