ཉིས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་གིས། །པདྨ་ཟླ་བའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས། །དམ་རྫས་གཏོར་མ་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཉོན་མོངས་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་བར་ཆད་སོལ། །རྒྱུད་བདག་ཞི་བའི་བཀའ་ཉན་པ། །ལས་བྱེད་ཝན་སྐུ་མདོག་ནི། །དམར་སེར་དྲེད་ མོང་ལ་ཞོན་པ། །ལག་གཉིས་བསྐལ་པའི་མེ་དཔུང་འཛིན། །དྲང་སྲོང་ཆ་ལུགས་ཐོར་ཚུགས་ཅན། །བཀའ་ཉན་ལས་བྱེད་ཝརྒ་ཡིས། །འདིར་གཤེགས་དམ་རྫས་གཏོར་མ་བཞེས། །བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་བཅས་དང་། །བསྲུང་བྱ་ཡོན་བདག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །གྲང་བའི་ནད་ཀུན་ཞི་བ་དང་། །མེ་ཡི་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པར་མཛོད་། །རྒྱུད་བདག་བཀའ་ཉན་ནརྒ་ནི། །ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་སྐུ་མདོག་སྔོ། །ལག་ན་ཆུ་སྲིན་སྦྲུལ་ཞགས་འཛིན། །ཆིབས་སུ་དུག་སྦྲུལ་ནག་པོ་བཅིབས། །ནན་ཞེས་བྱ་ཆུ་ཡི་ལྷ། །འདིར་གཤེགས་དམ་རྫས་གཏོར་མ་བཞེས། །བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་བཅས་དང་། །བསྲུང་བྱར་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ཚད་པའི་ནད་ཀུན་ཞི་བ། ཆུ་ཡི་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པར་མཛོད། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཏན་པ་ཏི་ཤིནཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི། ཨོཾ་ཨག་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི། ༀ་ཛ་ལ་པ་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི། དེ་ནས་ཐུན་གྱི་མཚམས་འདི་རུ། །ངག་ནི་གཏོང་དགོས་བྱུང་ན་བཏང་། །ཆག་མི་རུང་བའི་དགེ་སྦྱོར་ཀུན། །ཐུན་མཚམས་རྣམས་སུ་བྱ་བ་ཡིན། །ངག་ནི་ཁོར་ཡུག་བཅད་ན་ཆོག ། དེ་ནས་ཉི་མའི་གུང་སླེབས་ཛ། །སྔོན་ལྟར་ལས་བྱུང་ཚར་གཅིག་གཏོང་། །རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་འོད་ཟེར་ལས། །འོད་ཟེར་གཏོར་བསྐྱེད་ལྷ་ལ་ཕོག །ཐུགས་ཀའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གཡས་སུ་འཁོར། །དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་གསེར་གྱི་མདོག །སྤྲིན་མེད་མཁའ་ལ་ཉི་ཤར་བཞིན། །ནམ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་པར་འཕྲོས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་བསྲུང་བྱ་དང་། །འཁོར་བཅས་རྣམས་ལ་ཕོག་པ་ཡིས། །ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། །དབང་ཐང་བསྟན་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་རྣམས། །པད་མར་ཉི་ཟེར་ཕོག་ལྟར་རྒྱས། །རྒྱས་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །རྒྱས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀུན། །ཚུར་འདུས་བདག་དང་བསྲུང་བྱར་ཐིམ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཏན་པ་ཏི་པུཏྟཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་པ་ཁྲིའམ་ལྔ་སྟོང་ངམ། །སུམ་སྟོང་ལ་སོགས་ཅི་འགྲུབ་བཟླས། །དེ་ནས་ལྷ་སྤྱིའི་མཆོད་བསྟོད་བྱ། །ལྷོ་ཡི་གཏོར་མ་བདུད་རྩིས་བྲན། །གཏོར་སྣོད་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་གསེར་གྱི་སྣོད། །གྲུ་བཞི་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེའི་ནང་། །གཏོར་མ་འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་། །ཨོཾ་

Named Nan, the god of water, Please come here and accept the samaya torma. The mantra garland in your heart rotates to the right, From that, golden rays of light, Like the sun rising in a cloudless sky, Shine throughout the sky, Striking us, the teachers, disciples, those to be protected, and All the retinue, Increasing life, merit, wisdom, and Power, teachings, and qualities, Like sunlight striking a lotus. All the increasing assembly of deities, All the increasing accomplishments and blessings, Gather back and dissolve into myself and those to be protected. Om Atanapati Puttam Kuru Hum Svaha. Recite this ten thousand or five thousand times, or three thousand times, or whatever is achievable. After that, make general offerings and praise to the deities. Sprinkle the southern torma with nectar. The torma vessel, from the syllable Hum, transforms into a golden vessel, Square, wide, and vast within, The torma possesses the five qualities of desire. Om
