对于接受灌顶者，以及接受灌顶的对境，面前的生起次第和朵玛，各自在各种八瓣莲花的莲蕊上，在日轮的上方，从吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）如融化的黄金般的颜色中发出光芒，供养圣众，成办有情之利益后，收回融入，由此完全转变成具光辉事业部的马头明王，身色如融化的黄金般呈绿色，一面，三只红色而圆睁的眼睛以憎恨的目光怒视障碍，令人恐惧，头发红黄黑色如被火风吹动般向上燃烧，在燃烧的火焰中，马头呈翠绿色，发出如燃烧的芥子般的火焰，发出响亮的马鸣声，响彻天空，以五个骷髅头为头饰，以五个光芒四射的珍宝顶饰为庄严，张开嘴，卷起舌头，露出如新月般的四颗獠牙，咬紧牙关，摧毁四魔，胡须和眉毛呈红黄色，闪耀着火星，右手高举着以各种金刚杵为柄的弯刀于空中，左手拿着盛满四魔之血的颅碗于胸前，身体巨大，肢体粗壮，右腿弯曲，左腿伸展，以跳舞的姿势踩踏在莲花、太阳、敌人和障碍之上，以血滴、油脂的线条、大灰烬的堆积、六种骨饰、蛇的垂饰、象皮、田野的悬挂、虎皮裙等一切忿怒尊的装束为庄严，安住在劫末之火燃烧的中央，额头有白色嗡字（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉咙有红色阿字（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），心间有蓝色吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），心间中央有绿色舍字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），从舍字发出光芒，从大乐自在威猛的宫殿中，马头明王绿色的身体，大的如须弥山，小的如芥子般，如雪花般降临，观想融入你们自身，伴随着焚香和乐器声。 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！ 马头明王绿色的所有本尊众，祈请降临此地，赐予巨大加持！ 请对具足善缘和信心者，赐予殊胜灌顶！ 请遣除邪见和寿命的障碍！ 嗡 嘉 哲瓦 呼噜 呼噜 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་རྒྱ་གྲི་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jñā ghri va hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ）！ 班杂 阿贝夏亚 阿 阿（藏文：བཛྲ་ཨ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āveśaya ā āḥ）！念诵三遍或七遍，将金刚杵放在头顶，智慧尊变得稳固，谛叉 班杂（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛ྄，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra）！灌顶本尊智慧尊不可思议。

The wisdom being of the empowerment deity is immeasurable.
