པར་ཕྱེ་བ། 此乃开显。 此十一面大陀罗尼心咒，若能忆念一遍，或读诵，或持名，亦能忆念。金刚手菩萨言，仅于一时忆念，彼造作五无间罪，堕入无间地狱，安住劫数者，亦能令彼一切罪障悉皆清净，罪业与业障积聚者，悉皆灭尽，身 पूर्ण 清净且无垢染，远离罪业与业障，舍寿迁 μετα 转后，于极乐世界清净莲花中化生，生生世世忆念宿命，于六十二俱胝劫中，永不堕入恶趣，于八十劫中，成为殊胜转轮圣王，于八十俱胝劫中，于极乐世界享受安乐，于六十二俱胝劫中，于现喜世界享受安乐，于七十二俱胝劫中，于世间 नाम 见世界受生。生生世世忆念宿命，于十二俱胝劫中，成为手持宝珠之转轮圣王。于八十万劫中，于圣观自在菩萨之住所普陀山享受安乐，于六十九千劫中，于色究竟天众天人中受生，于八十俱胝劫中，于兜率天众天人中受生，于俱胝劫中，于三十三天众天人中成为帝释天，于五十二俱胝劫中，得入十方诸佛之刹土，于二万劫中，受用转轮圣王之国政，永不于母胎中受生，无论于何处受生，皆为化生，一切皆能忆念宿命。金刚手菩萨如是说，仅忆念此明咒一遍，即能具足善根福德之聚。金刚手菩萨，若有人一日一夜斋戒而住，并作念诵，金刚手菩萨言，此人于此生中即能成为人主。
English
པར་ཕྱེ་བ། This is the opening. If one remembers this eleven-faced great Dharani heart mantra once, or recites it, or holds its name, one can also remember it. Vajrapani Bodhisattva said, even just remembering it for a moment, those who have committed the five inexpiable sins, fallen into the Avici Hell, and remained for kalpas, can have all their sins and obscurations completely purified, and those who have accumulated sins and obscurations will be completely exhausted. The body will be completely pure and without defilement, away from sins and obscurations. After abandoning life and transferring, they will be born by transformation in the pure lotus in the Sukhavati world, remembering past lives in every lifetime. For sixty-two kotis of kalpas, they will never fall into the lower realms. For eighty kalpas, they will become the supreme Chakravartin. For eighty kotis of kalpas, they will enjoy happiness in the Sukhavati world. For sixty-two kotis of kalpas, they will enjoy happiness in the Abhirati world. For seventy-two kotis of kalpas, they will be born in the world of the World-Seeing. In every lifetime, they will remember past lives. For twelve kotis of kalpas, they will become the Chakravartin holding jewels. For eighty hundred thousand kalpas, they will enjoy happiness on Mount Potalaka, the abode of the Holy Avalokiteshvara. For sixty-nine thousand kalpas, they will be born among the Akanishtha gods. For eighty kotis of kalpas, they will be born among the Tushita gods. For a koti of kalpas, they will become Indra among the Trayastrimsha gods. For fifty-two kotis of kalpas, they will enter the Buddha-fields of the ten directions. For twenty thousand kalpas, they will enjoy the kingdom of the Chakravartin. They will never be born in a mother's womb. Wherever they are born, they will be born by transformation, and they will all be able to remember past lives. Vajrapani Bodhisattva said, just remembering this mantra once can bring about a collection of roots of virtue and merit. Vajrapani Bodhisattva, if someone stays in fasting for one day and one night, and performs recitation, Vajrapani Bodhisattva said, this person can become the lord of men in this life.

自身远离障碍后，获得名为“有义大无垢”之三摩地。获得莲花光明遍照之三摩地。获得名为“有义无垢显现”之三摩地。获得名为“有义遍见胜幢”之三摩地。获得名为“莲花顶髻究竟胜幢”之三摩地。获得有义炽燃顶髻之精华秘密成就。如来百千俱胝九十二俱胝，以及如来恒河沙数，皆能生起善根。将具足大福德聚。彼等舍身之后，于极乐世界之莲花中化生。如是说。金刚手秘密咒之根本，有义索顶髻之坛城，此明咒持明者，无论是种姓之子或种姓之女，或是比丘或比丘尼，或是近事男或近事女，仅仅念诵一遍，忆念一遍，作意一遍，即得完全清净之自性，具大悲心与慈爱，以殊胜之意乐，缘念一切众生，无论任何众生，皆不堕入三恶道。众生地狱，或畜生之生处，或饿鬼之境等处皆不存在。如是，一切众生皆具足大善根。仅仅念诵两遍，一切疾病皆得平息。仅仅念诵三遍，毒药、痘疹、疮、肿胀，足癣、麻风、瘙痒等一切皆得摧毁。仅仅念诵四遍，能消除蛊毒与诅咒。仅仅念诵五遍，一切争斗、辩论与竞争皆得平息。仅仅念诵六遍，一切怖畏、损害与瘟疫皆得息灭。仅仅念诵七遍，一切非时而死之怖畏，以及一切众生之瘟疫疾病皆得平息。金刚手，因此，为了利益一切众生，每日不言其他，应忆念七遍。

Having freed oneself from obscurations, one obtains the Samadhi called "Meaningful Great Immaculate." One obtains the Samadhi of the Lotus Light's Emanation. One obtains the Samadhi called "Meaningful Immaculate Appearance." One obtains the Samadhi called "Meaningful All-Seeing Victory Banner." One obtains the Samadhi called "Lotus Crown Ultimate Victory Banner." One obtains the secret accomplishment of the essence of the Meaningful Blazing Crown. Ninety-two billion trillion tathagatas, and tathagatas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, will generate roots of virtue. One will possess a great accumulation of merit. After abandoning that, one will be miraculously born from lotuses in the Sukhavati realm. Thus it is said. The root of the Vajrapani secret mantra, the mandala of the Meaningful Lasso Crown, whether a son or daughter of a lineage, a bhikshu or bhikshuni, a upasaka or upasika, who holds this vidya-mantra, by merely reciting it once, remembering it once, focusing on it once, will have a completely pure nature, possess great compassion and loving-kindness, and with a supreme intention, focusing on all sentient beings, no matter what sentient being, will not fall into the three lower realms. The hells of sentient beings, or the birthplaces of animals, or the realms of pretas, those places will not exist. Thus, all sentient beings will possess great roots of virtue. By merely reciting it twice, all diseases will be completely pacified. By merely reciting it three times, all poisons, smallpox, sores, swellings, athlete's foot, leprosy, itching, and so on, will be destroyed. By merely reciting it four times, one will eliminate poison and all curses. By merely reciting it five times, all fighting, arguing, and competition will be completely pacified. By merely reciting it six times, all fears, harms, and epidemics will be terrified. By merely reciting it seven times, all fears of untimely death, and all epidemic diseases of all sentient beings will be completely pacified. Vajrapani, therefore, for the benefit of all sentient beings, one should remember it seven times each day without speaking of other things.

如是说。十地经云：嗡 贝玛 乌德卡 维玛雷 吽 啪。（藏文：ཨོཾ་པདྨོ་ཨུཏྟཱི་ཥ་བི་མ་ལེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ padmo uttīṣa vimalē hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，莲花，顶髻，无垢，吽，啪。）秘密真言的心髓，念诵十一字百万遍，便成不退转，安住于十地，天与人的众生都欢喜。念诵“此乃如来”后，将从无上正等觉中不退转，将成为不空莲花顶髻的转轮王，对此不要怀疑。十一字真言的修持，仅是念诵不空绢索心髓的真实成就和无上变化，就能成就。为了求得如此甚深的灌顶，请跟随念诵。

Thus it is said. From the Dharani of the Ten Bhumis: Om Padmo Uttisha Vimalé Hum Phat. (藏文：ཨོཾ་པདྨོ་ཨུཏྟཱི་ཥ་བི་མ་ལེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ padmo uttīṣa vimalē hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, Lotus, Crown, Immaculate, Hum, Phat.) Reciting the eleven-syllable essence of the secret mantra a million times will make one irreversible and abide in the ten bhumis, and all the beings of gods and humans will rejoice. By reciting, "This is the Tathagata," one will become irreversible from the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. One will become the Chakravartin of the Amoghpasha Padmauṣṇīṣa, do not doubt this. The practice of the eleven-syllable secret mantra, merely reciting the essence of the Amoghpasha, the supreme manifestation, will accomplish it. In order to receive such a profound empowerment, please repeat after me.
