ཅིང་། །དབང་མཆོག་དེས་ཀྱང་ཚེ་ཡང་ འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག །བྷི་ཀ་ལ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩནྟཾ། སྔོན་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་དབུལ་བའི་བུ་མོས་འདོད་འཇོའི་བ་བཞོས་ཏེ་ཕུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་འཕེལ་གྱི་རྫས་སུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་བདག་གིས་སློབ་མ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཞོའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་སྲོག་ཤིང་། ཚེ་ཉི་ཟླ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཞོ་ནི་ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོར་གྱུར་པ་སྟེ། །སྙིང་པོ་རྣམ་དག་ཆོས་ཉིད་རབ་རྟོགས་ནས། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཀུན་གྱི་དབྱིངས་སུ་གྱུར་བ་ཡི། །དབང་མཆོག་དེས་ཀྱང་ཚེ་ཡང་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག །དྷ་དྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩཱམཱི། སྔོན་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་མྱ་ངན་མེད་མཆོག་དཔལ་གྱིས་དུང་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་པ་ཕུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་འཕེལ་གྱི་རྫས་སུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་བདག་གིས་སློབ་མ་ཁྱོད་ལ་དུང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་སྲོག་ཤིང་། ཚེ་ཉི་ཟླ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ ཅིག །དུང་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་སྟོང་སྒྲོག་པའི་ཚུལ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མཆོག་ཏུ་དག་གྱུར་ཏེ། །ཆོས་རྣམས་མ་ནོར་ཡོངས་སུ་སྟོན་པ་ཡི། །དབང་མཆོག་དེས་ཀྱང་ཚེ་ཡང་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག–་མཾ་ག་ལཾ་ཤཾ་ཁ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩནྟཾ། སྔོན་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་གསང་བདག་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་ཡུངས་ཀར་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཕུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་འཕེལ་གྱི་རྫས་སུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་བདག་གིས་སློབ་མ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡུངས་ཀར་རྒྱལ་པོས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། །བགེགས་རིགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་ལས་གྲོལ་ཐར་ཞིང་། མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་སྲོག་ཤིང་། ཚེ་ཉི་ཟླ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡུངས་ཀར་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིགས་ཏེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ། །བགེགས་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡི། །མཐུ་རྩལ་གོ་འཕང་མཆོག་ཏུ་བདག་གྱུར་ཏེ། །དབང་མཆོག་དེས་ཀྱང་ཚེ་ཡང་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག །ཧཱིཔ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཚྭ། དེ་ལྟར་ཚེ་དབང་ཟབ་མོ་བསྐུར་བ་དེ་མི་ཉམས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱས་འདེབས་པ་ནི། སྐུ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་གནས་གསུམ་དང་གནས་ལྔ་དང་གནས་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞིར་རྒྱ་གྲམ་དུ་ བཞག་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་འཕགས་མཆོག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཡབ་ཡུ

且。愿此殊胜灌顶，亦令寿命增长。比嘎拉 阿毗色佳南（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 往昔圆满正等觉佛陀，受一供养侍奉之女，以挤出如意宝牛之乳供养为缘，加持为吉祥增寿之物。如是金刚阿阇黎我，以酸奶之灌顶，赐予汝等弟子。愿汝等获得不灭之胜幢，不变之命树，寿命与日月同辉。酸奶乃一切之精华，精华清净彻悟法性后，成为一切功德之源，愿此殊胜灌顶，亦令寿命增长。达地 阿毗色佳弥（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 往昔圆满正等觉佛陀，受法王无忧最胜吉祥，以右旋之海螺供养为缘，加持为吉祥增寿之物。如是金刚阿阇黎我，以海螺之灌顶，赐予汝等弟子。愿汝等获得不灭之胜幢，不变之命树，寿命与日月同辉。 海螺乃宣说佛法之音声，智慧大海最为清净，如实无谬宣说诸法，愿此殊胜灌顶，亦令寿命增长。芒嘎朗 香卡 阿毗色佳南（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 往昔圆满正等觉佛陀，受秘密主金刚手，以芥子供养为缘，加持为吉祥增寿之物。如是金刚阿阇黎我，以芥子之灌顶，赐予汝等弟子。愿汝等解脱八万魔障，获得不灭之胜幢，不变之命树，寿命与日月同辉。芥子乃金刚之种，于一切时，摧毁一切魔障，获得威力权位之最胜，愿此殊胜灌顶，亦令寿命增长。嘿 帕夏 阿毗色佳 匝（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 如是为使所赐深奥长寿灌顶不衰退，故作增益：以身、金刚铃置于三处、五处及二十四处，结成十字，以此为缘，汝等成为圣观世音菩萨父母。

In the past, the Fully Enlightened Buddha received the offering of milk squeezed from a wish-fulfilling cow by a girl who offered service and veneration, and blessed it as an auspicious substance for increasing longevity. Similarly, I, the Vajra Master, bestow upon you disciples the empowerment of yogurt. May you possess the unfailing victory banner, the unchanging life tree, and longevity equal to the sun and moon. Yogurt is the essence of all things. Having perfectly realized the pure essence of Dharma, it becomes the source of all qualities. May this supreme empowerment also increase longevity. Dhadhi Abhisinchami (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). In the past, the Fully Enlightened Buddha received the offering of a conch shell spiraling to the right from Dharma King Ashoka the Supreme Glorious One, and blessed it as an auspicious substance for increasing longevity. Similarly, I, the Vajra Master, bestow upon you disciples the empowerment of the conch shell. May you possess the unfailing victory banner, the unchanging life tree, and longevity equal to the sun and moon. The conch shell is the sound of Dharma proclaiming emptiness. The ocean of wisdom is supremely pure, perfectly and unerringly revealing all Dharmas. May this supreme empowerment also increase longevity. In the past, the Fully Enlightened Buddha received the offering of mustard seeds from the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, and blessed it as an auspicious substance for increasing longevity. Similarly, I, the Vajra Master, bestow upon you disciples the empowerment of mustard seeds. May you be liberated from eighty thousand types of obstacles, possess the unfailing victory banner, the unchanging life tree, and longevity equal to the sun and moon. Mustard seeds are of the Vajra lineage, and at all times, they destroy all obstacles. May you possess the supreme power and authority, and may this supreme empowerment also increase longevity.
