于是迎请邬金仁波切，建造殊胜的桑耶寺，底层建造泥塑壁画，中层建造雕刻佛像，上层建造纸泥、布泥佛像的时候，在龙年春季的初八，太阳初升之时，一个相貌英俊、佩戴各种珍宝、发辫盘在腰间的童子，手持一个盛满黄金的蓝色龙颅骨，上面放着金制的法钵，放射着各种光芒，来到国王面前献上黄金，说道： “伟大的国王啊！我是玛卓龙族的领袖，从名为黑龙恶地的处所而来。今天我和朋友约定盟誓，我将捐献桑耶寺的黄金。” 说完，国王和玛卓龙族两人，请莲花生大师作为见证，发誓结为亲友，确定了数量并立下盟约，国王答应建造龙宫。 玛卓龙族承诺捐献桑耶寺所需的所有黄金。大师将金刚杵放在玛卓龙族的头顶，将甘露放在舌头上，并立下秘密誓言。 此后，龙魔经常化作童子来到国王面前，献上黄金。国王心想： “我的这位朋友拥有取之不尽的财富。他自称是玛卓龙族的领袖，真希望看到他除了童子之外的真实面貌，比如长着蛇头的英俊形象，就像拉萨龙宫的壁画一样。” 于是，在一次献金的时候，国王说道： “请你展示你最终的形象，建造龙宫时需要用到。童子的形象没有威严，无法作为壁画的范本。明天来的时候，不要化作童子的形象，请展示你原本的形象。” 龙说道：“明天来的时候，可能会被毒气所伤，所以在铁面具上涂抹麝香，戴在脸上，坐在夜叉像的下面，在太阳初升的时候，看着山顶。” 于是，国王来到山顶，在夜叉像下的

In the upper level, statues were made of paper clay and cloth clay. At that time, on the eighth day of the spring season in the year of the Dragon, at the time when the sun was rising, a handsome boy adorned with various jewels, with his braid coiled around his waist, holding in his hand a blue dragon skull filled with gold, with a golden patra placed on top, radiating various lights, came before the king and offered gold, saying: "Great King! I am the leader of the Matrö Naga clan, coming from a place called the Black Dragon Evil Land. Today, my friend and I have made a vow. I will donate all the gold for Samye Monastery." Having said that, the king himself and the Matrö Naga, with the master Padmasambhava as witness, vowed to be friends and allies, determined the amount, and the king promised to build a Naga palace. The Matrö Naga clan promised to donate all the gold needed for the Samye Monastery. The master placed a vajra on the crown of the Matrö Naga's head, placed nectar on his tongue, and bound him with a secret oath. Thereafter, the Naga demon would always transform into a boy and come before the king to offer gold. Then, Raja thought: "This friend of mine has inexhaustible wealth. He claims to be the leader of the Matrö Naga clan. I wish I could see his true form other than that of a boy, such as a handsome form with a snake's head, like the murals in the Lhasa Naga Palace." Then, one time when he came to offer gold, the king said: "Please show me your ultimate form, which is needed when building the Naga Palace. The form of a boy has no majesty and cannot be used as a model for murals. When you come tomorrow, do not transform into the form of a boy, but show me your original form." The Naga said, "When I come tomorrow, you may be harmed by poison, so smear musk on an iron mask and wear it on your face. Sit under the Yaksha statue and look at the summit when the sun rises." Then, the king went to the summit and sat under the Yaksha statue.

When I arrived there and slept that night, I dreamed of many manifestations of the earth deities. My heart was not happy, and my body was not comfortable. I felt goosebumps and my hair stood on end. I was afraid and felt different from before. Then, as the sun rose, rainbows swirled, my heart raced. In the midst of panic, I saw a huge black snake burning on top of the great temple, radiating light, terrifying and frightening. It coiled around the top of the temple three times. It was about four fathoms thick and its length circled the top of the temple three times. Poisonous fumes like mist covered the top of the temple and the square. Everyone was frightened and panicked, and there, Rā Ja was poisoned by the nāga. After three days, rotten flesh and pus spread all over the body. The poison mixed with blood in the body's veins and turned into many invisible, tiny creatures. Many forms of earth deities entered the body, and wherever those mind-born creatures resided, the pulse would throb, the muscles would twitch, there would be hot stinging, painful stinging, itchy stinging, unbearable pain, unbearable heat, hot stinging, cold chills, hot burning, unbearable itching, numb stinging, itchy crawling, agitated, and the whole body was uncomfortable. Because of showing the form of the nāga, I deeply regretted it. This is how the eighteen types of leprosy manifested within a month. I could not stand out from the crowd, and I thought that since I had been a fire official before, I could not even join the ranks of the blind now. Oppressed by the severe poison, I could not even sit on my own seat, and my heart was disturbed. Because I did not offer gold to the king in time, I felt ashamed and embarrassed. Then the king thought: Is it really possible that I will get leprosy? Then he thought of Guru Padmasambhava, the protector of the three realms, the refuge of all dangers, who can turn the eight classes of gods and demons into dust. There must be a way for someone like him. After reciting "Om" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्，Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), he regained his senses and felt very happy. Then Guru Padmasambhava was invited from the secluded place of Samye Bregu, and he was invited to stay on the top floor of the three-story Samye temple. There, he sat on a silk throne, gazing.
